Can’t lie surprised that Soumare has made it into the team after last weeks shitfest, let’s hope he is on it today.  Other than that not a lot to complain about with the starting XI.

I would say he is still the better option than Daka currently and hopefully with Winks, James and Riccy P in the team we will get our wingers into the game more to play off Ayew, who’s hold up play is pretty good.

Long term I don’t think Ayew is the answer and players will overtake him, similarly as Monga will with Mavididi but currently these are probably the sensible and safe options to start games like these. Ayew is doing a good job of taking the pressure off the transition from the Jamie Vardy years.
