Did any else’s season ticket pass just update overnight to Charlton? Where has the Oxford game gone, this could cause mayhem Saturday

Mine has done the same - but to worry about chaos on Saturday whilst it’s Tuesday morning is a touch melodramatic. The club are crap, but I’m sure even they can fix it with 4 days notice

The club told UFS in a meeting last summer that they have less issues with digital tickets than they did with physical season cards, so don't worry guys it's all OK.

It's literally a click, at most three clicks, to solve this non-issue.

Hardly a non issue, there will be plenty of people who won’t know it has skipped a game and if it’s going to take a manual update to correct it then it’s obviously an issue for them

Literally pulled down the ticket on your wallet.

If that doesn't work, turn automatic updates on and off and it updates

Worked for me on iPhone, cheers

It's the point. If you turned up outside the ground at 2.58, opened your ticket and saw the Charlton game. You could click three buttons to do the auto update and be in the ground by 2.59. 'Manual update' is a huge exaggeration.

It's akin to thinking you put your card in your left pocket then realising 2 seconds later its in your right pocket.

Unless the club “fix it” it will be a manual update and your theory is great apart from the fact that there will be little to non existent phone service to update the ticket at the ground

It's literally called an 'automatic update.'  You do not need phone service to automatically update your ticket or use it to enter the ground.

Yes it is called that but if it is displaying the wrong game, you need to switch off automatic update and switch it back on again for it to refresh to the correct game, when you switch the update back on it needs access to the internet to check the server to update to the correct game

How do you think the update happened this morning to move the game from Oxford to Charlton? It happened by using the internet access on your phone
