I mean tbf I hate King Power but it should only be until the end of the season. Part of our problem has been employing shit ***** on 3 year contracts and then sacking them because they are shit, we are still paying for Cooper, Rudd and Marti. We cant really afford another.

 

If hes good, it works, we stay up then extend him, give him a good keep up bonus.

Must admit, whilst I am a big critic of King Power, it probably is a wise move.

 

If he does well, and we avoid relegation, I would have thought he will extend to a longer contract - and I am sure that has been discussed already.

 

The last thing we need is another dud of a manager who we can't afford to sack, especially given the financial implications if, heaven forbid, we are relegated.

Short term deal, no staff to be brought in. You can tell they'll be the terms.

 

I think he will turn it down and we will end up with King for another week or so until they appoint someone even lower down the list.
