I would have thought the whole point of using the trefoil is for the more retro look, but that design doesn’t look even a bit retro. I’ll wait until the shirts release  to judge properly but that mock up hasn’t moved me

It would be pretty typical of us to mess up the one chance we get of a retro, trefoil kit to be fair. 
 

As an ordinary away shirt it's lovely, but misses the mark a bit compared to the efforts of other clubs. 
 

Hopefully just an AI mock up to give a basic idea.

I believe it will be more retro than the image I posted. It is themed on this jacket supposedly

Home kit will have a wyvern pattern, like on the leicester coat of arms
