You know this survey was available to Forest and Cov fans right?

indeed it was. But as you know most Forest and Cov fans don't know what the internet is.

Listened to the podcast and thought both of @Foxes_Trustmembers came across very well

Pipet raised a good point about decision makers being in the room. I don’t expect Top or Rudkin to be there but it got me thinking. Would anyone who was present have the balls to take this to Rudkin and say number 1 item is to sack you.

my guess is Top will never even know about this survey and Rudkin will never be presented with the real findings

not much the Trust can do about that though

Thank for sharing.

This appearance on Blue Tinted Glasses, as well as our appearance on the When You're Smiling podcast, should give people a good understanding of the survey process, results and next steps.

@Foxes_Trust apologies if this has been covered but do you have any confidence the results actually reach Rudkin or Top who are really the only (in)decision makers ?

A very good question. As a paid up member of the Foxes Trust I am appreciative of what they have done with this in trying to hold the club to account, but I imagine that the club will treat the survey with disdain in their normal arrogant way.

Action number 1 on the survey is the removal of Rudkin, which the vast majority of us want. Do @Foxes_Trust believe the club will even acknowledge this demand, let alone act on it?

My opinion is that they'll definitely reach the levels of Rudkin and others of the C-suite level. Those at senior board level including the new ceo will inevitably have seen and read some of the results

Do I think Top will read and sit there contemplating the results? Probably not.

The first step was for us to share the results with the contacts at the Club that we engage with regularly. Naturally that is the fan engagement team (Communications Director, Head of Fan Engagement, Supporter Engagement Manager and Supporter Liaison Officer).

In that first meeting, it was acknowledged by all present (Trust and club) that those in the room didn't have the power to make every one of our Calls To Action a reality. But we were given assurances that ahead of our next meeting the results would be shared with the appropriate individuals within the Club who do have more decision-making ability on some of the matters covered.

Our next meeting will be to discuss actions and next steps now that they have had time to analyse the data themselves and discuss internally. As part of that, we will be making very clear that we would like to ensure the results are seen by all of the relevant leadership team at the club and requesting direct engagement with the relevant people on the Calls To Action where the fan engagement team can't take decisions. We've followed up this week to push on getting that meeting in the diary.

We can't guarantee the club will act on everything we have shared. We can guarantee that we will do everything we possibly can to get these results and Calls To Action in front of the people who have the power to make changes.

Thanks to the FT for all the effort and time they put into the FT, after all we've had 24 years of stagnation within the Trust anyone expecting superfast results is being totally unreasonable.

Also take into account the club have placed so many obstacles in the way that were meant to make it easier and quicker in the last few years.

Thanks for responding.
Based on how we see the club being run I doubt anyone in the room with you feels confident enough to take that info to Rudkin, Top or anyone else “in power” without fear of repercussions for themselves.
If the media put more pressure on it might help but the local media are too concerned with maintaining access to hold them accountable.

Whether it’s communicated through the club or not, you’d expect the media coverage to alert Rudkin. People like Henry Winter are really supportive of trusts, so will always share that discontent to a wider audience as well

Radio Leicester had members of the Trust on last week, taking about the survey and the calls to action.

That’s the difficult dynamic isn’t it?!

Not easy to get direct to a Thai owner who is barely around and whose English proficiency came across poorly in his last spoken interview…

I doubt Top or Rudkin listen in

it needs to be talked about in press conferences for any hope of exposing them to it
