There's some right weird stuff in here. Were people allowed to write a sentence as 1 word? And multiple people wrote the same? FinishedTerribleStrained is a good one. But wtf is ticketindifferentdying? Also a big fan of 'holder', good response whoever gave that. Think I wrote 'Shite'.

For clarity, the question box only allowed for one word answers so these were all given individually, it's just the tech cramming all of the different words provided across the 4,413 responses onto one slide that puts some of them a little more alongside each other etc.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the survey, I filled it out myself and hope that it gets some traction with the club

However, there will be a large majority that dont know the survey exists for various reasons ie. too young to have emails, not Internet Savvy, not on forums or social media etc

Based on comments seen on social media some wont do it as they dont think it will achieve anything, some wont do it because they dont agree with it

I think 4k is a really high uptake for a survey. Even out of 30k+ it's a really

good conversion and a better response rate (from what I've read before) than any the club has had on their own surveys

We handed out 15,000 leaflets at four matches (Hull home, Millwall home, Portsmouth away and Blackburn away).

With a sample size of 4,000 and a range of distribution methods online and in-person, we can be pretty confident that these results represent a cross section of the fan base and enough quantity of responses to be more than statistically valid.

I know. My post is backing you. I clearly stated that it was a good volume and a good conversion rate. At no point did I say its not a good sample size

I was trying to point out to the poster that it'd be difficult to reach everyone for a number of reasons

Yes, we know, and appreciate the support!

We were just adding additional context for anyone else who might come across questions regarding the distribution approach or sample size etc.

Have you spoken to the club already and will you be giving feedback on what they have said?

Yes, we had an initial meeting last night and will share an update on tonight's session.

Unfortunately not, it’s something we will look at for sure.

Some great work there @Foxes_Trust

My only issue is the use of the blue call-out boxes that are used inconsistently in the presentation. They amplify certain responses: (e.g. combining poor and very poor results into one total, highlighting 25% think the foxes trust has effectivness has improved when 50% didnt see a change) but not others.

I think that removes the neutrality of the survey and undermines it. It then becomes more editorial which gives the club the opportunity to push back on it.

I just want to hear what the clubs reaction to all this is.

If its like i predict, it will be a load of waffle...

We want to thank the trust and the fans for providing us with this feedback. We take the outputs extremely seriously, as we communicated a few months ago we have restructured the football operations and would encourage the fan base to allow those changes to embed as we believe it will directly address a number of the concerns raised.

Now, more than ever is the time for us to come together and unite to achieve our goals.

If they respond at all, something generic as this most likely.

I still think the survey was valuable, we cant force the club to change under the current dictatorship, but we stand more chance if we keep highlighting and pushing things like this out there, not just for the club to see but media outlets who can expose them, I guarantee they've hated the exposure since relegation across the global media.

The club were shown the raw data, plus the calls to action.

Those boxes are just to aid quick maths and highlight notable findings for people scrolling through, as there are a lot of questions.

I would imagine there is an air of entitlement and arrogance towards the results from the club, the fact that they seemed confused that the results they get were very different from the foxes trust survey suggests that. The first thing I would be doing if I was in AH position would be to apologise for the complete lack of communication from the club and take ownership that there is complete disparity at the moment between the club and the fans.

The sheer fact that I am almost certain this didn't happen, would suggest to me you are facing a huge uphill battle with the club @Foxes_Trust

Again, noting will change until the powers above in charge sell up

Typical generic response from the club. Frustrating that they are taking the stance that the Trust are one of many fan groups they are consulting, thereby diluting the value of the survey as the argument is simply that it represents only one cohort of the fan base.

As a suggestion to the Trust for future surveys, it would be worth networking and collaborating with other fan groups to distribute any future surveys across multiple groups. It would then be representative of the broader fan view and dismiss any argument by the club that the results are limited in their scope.

I realise that the survey was not restricted to the Trust's members and in terms of demographic representation was all encompassing, however it's too easy for the club to pass the results off as only a minority view despite the sample size. Being objective, whilst the numbers are good for a survey of this type, they only represent c. 18% of the match going fanbase and probably less than 5% of the overall fan base, so whilst an indicator there will always be an argument that without consultation and support of other groups the feedback is limited in its scope.

Kind of disagree

What survey has had more responses? The clubs own surveys don't.
