Started filling that out in the app when i got the notification. Got right to the end and it asked for 'member id' ... I'm not a member and thus couldnt give number or click submit. 

 

Stupid waste of time, why didnt it say you needed id number before literally letting me complete it.

I would like to see our DOF replaced by AI. Not even a premium subscription, Claude Haiku 4.5 should suffice.

Really poor survey. People won't know what "digital channels" means and there is no definition of what "use regularly" actually means. Lot's of blanket questions to cover all digital channels, when the reality is that they all have their own unique problems.

Think they should have split the purchase option

Surely a good majority is transactional for tickets???  Nothing more

Think I get more from FT and Leicestershire Live than I do the club, won't buy merch under the current regime and nothing they provide makes me feel connected to the club

Haven't got the app and as I get a decent dump of e mails, don't really need to hit the website unless to buy tickets

Same answer from me they just need to look at others clubs digital footprint to see how much better they are. It should be so slick yiu can do everything with minimal clicks after one sign on. There is so much you cannot do with Leicesters. It would not take much to make a best in class approach for once.

The big one is communication about away ticketing. They’ve got to improve this across the online channels, as it’s virtually non-existent.
