The Super Furry Animals' record 'The Man Don't Give A fock' seems to sum up Tim Davies' complacent attitude. 'Why Do You Love Me?' by Garbage is a question the club could ask of the loyal fans who continue to support the team. And what song is more appropriate for "journalist" Bill Anderson and all the other sycophants at the Mercury than Radiohead's 'Creep'?

Also, after the manager stated that he was thick-skinned and that fan pressure did not get to him, it made me think of the chorus from Filter's 'Welcome To The Fold', which goes "You’re celebrating nothing/ And you feel a-okay"

Absolute Beginners (The Jam) - Joe Hammill and Patrick Kisnorbo. Oh My God (Kaiser Cheifs) - Levein's still in a job? I can't believe it. We Might As Well Be Strangers (Keane) - Because the manager never fields a settled side. From Despair To Where? (Manic Street Preachers) - To League One by the looks of it. Negative (Mansun) - Craig Levein's recent tactics. Sit Down Stand Up (Radiohead) - For the stewards at the Walker's Stadium. Knives Out (Radiohead) - They're already out for Levein. Unless you believe the Mercury. Optimistic (Radiohead) - Tim Davies inexplicable attitude. Let Down (Radiohead) - We've all been let down this season by Levein's mismangement. No Surprises (Radiohead) - Leicester have lost away from home again! Behold! The Nightmare (Smashing Pumpkins) - That watching City has become.
