Hi, I'm an Orient fan and I think I can speak for most O's supporters when I say we'd be gutted to lose Martin Ling. He got us promoted two seasons ago and we held on in League One last year with a very thin squad. He's completely rebuilt the side over the summer and we're currently top of League One having won our first three games (not 5th in League 2!). I imagine you'll probably end up with a bigger name manager in the end, but Ling is definately one of the best up-and-coming managers out there.

But will he suck Milans proverbial penis?

Old thread I know.. but they're now 1st in Leauge one.

Martin Ling a decent manager but I doubt he's got the skill to take a club into the premiership-he's hovering around his level where he is at present.

This thread was started in Feb 06. Why are people commenting on it!!!!

I have no idea, more worryingly how did this Orient fan find it?! the search facility is off.
