Tommeh Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 It looked hurrendous from where i was sitting but it should have been a free kick for him in the 1st place, he just lost it for a split second. Now he'll miss the rest of the season and the 1st game of next season.

Leicester Rule! Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 I was near where it happened. Very bad tackle, however, should have been a free kick before. The Cov Scum staff over reacted, and Kisnobo just walked away. Sending Off definetly however it looked unintenional!
Libertine Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 Awful tackle. Don't know what got into him.

syston_fox Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 It looked like it was a 50-50 and kisnorbo went over the top over the ball. I thought the coventry player had gone in too hard as well and should have got a booking.
Nationwider Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 I didn't see the match today, but I hear that Kisnorbo has an enormous meat and two veg.
The Reverend Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 The ref certainly had no hesitation Was the same as Flaminis a few months back. Did he get sent off? And the Bolton player, who was it?

Katy Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 Cobbo gave out a sharp intake of breath when that tackle went in. It was pure frustration on Kisbos part, the ref was an incompetent prickbag

Benji Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 easy red card i looked at the floor when it happened cus he was alread booked, so he was going to be sent off either way
Bert Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 Yes the challenge was a deserved red card, but what most people seem to be missing is that for the whole time Kisnorbo was in control of the ball, his ankles were getting hacked away at. The ref was abysmal today.
C-man Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 Great tackle in my opinion. Nothing wrong with it. I make those challenges all the time. Ball was there to be won, shame he didn't win it.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 It didn't look too bad to me but I'd have to see it again before I can judge properly. I thought he had every right to go for the ball and it just looked like he over stretched to reach the ball. If it had happened to one of our players though I may have viewed it differently I suppose. Edit to say a bloke sitting behind me left when Kisnorbo got sent off. 22 minutes to go and he said he'd had enough and left. Don't know what other people think about that but I think it's shocking. If he doesn't mind paying the money and leaving that early then that's his choice but I can't imagine ever doing that. Even when we were losing 5-0 to Villa a few seasons ago I stayed 'til the end. I know what you mean but Joey asks for it sometimes. He's always pushing people in their backs like he did with Ormerod on Saturday if that's the incident you mean. He also goes down very easily but yes, refs make me sick too.

Jonbluefox9 Posted 17 April 2006 Share Posted 17 April 2006 As I said, I'll have to see it again before I can make a judgement. I was sitting at almost pitch level and was behind Kisnorbo as he made the tackle so didn't have the greatest view of the challenge.
Guest Posted 18 April 2006 Share Posted 18 April 2006 Strange how at the first opportunity to send one of our players off the ref didn't hesitate, but was reluctant to even blow for any fouls committed by a player wearing sky blue. I swear half of our bookings were made as insurance, to give the ref something to act on if an opportunity didn't arise elsewhere.
Ric Flair Posted 18 April 2006 Share Posted 18 April 2006 Can we not have a re-wind and let Kisnorbo save this one in the tackl;e bank to use on Ronaldinho in the World Cup? Imagine it!! Honestly though, it was a horrific tackle and should be heavily punished.
Thracian Posted 18 April 2006 Share Posted 18 April 2006 Where's Anish on this one. He usually lambasts anyone who gets sent off irresponsibly. Personally I wish Kisnorbo had hit him harder. Any team whose manager advocates the sort of provocation Wise employs can have no complaints about anything.
