My ex saying "I love you" back to me and then crying because she became overwhelmed with feelings is without doubt the most intense and wonderful moment of my life so far :) That will always remind me of how great it is to be alive...

After all the bad things I have done in my life, I have been fortunate to have wonderful parents that have suppoerted me and guided me!!

The wife and kids, have given me purpose to my life! My faith and culture, which inspires me to see the better on people and my football club which gives me a sense of enjoyment with thousands of others, no matter what background, caste, creed, wealth!!!

The smell of a fresh pot of coffee and the feel of just-baked bread in the morning.

Nuzzling into the nape of Birds neck.

The feeling of schadenfreude when a politician is hoisted by his own petard.

Sea spray on my face.

Being above cloud level.

Achieving stuff I've never done before or didn't think I could do.

Exercising.

Spending a couple of hours looking at art.

j. Clean sheets on the bed!
