How much do you get per week?

Keep it clean you dirty bastards.

About 3 hours a week, I go gym twice and try and go swimming atleast once!!! Other then that chasing th lkids around the house keeps me going!!

fook all, i walk to the bus, go to school, walk to lessons etc, and that's about it. without sounding crude my main excercise is sex... and that's saying something.

thankyou for posting this and making me realise what a fat shit i am, I'm off to do sit-ups and cry... then maybe get some biccies.

Nothing at the moment.

I used to play 5-a-side, cricket, tennis, badminton and go running, but that's all gone to pot.

I stupidly committed myself to running a half-marathon in front of a room full of witnesses last weekend, but I've got to lose some weight before I can even start training.

4 years ago, I was 11.5st and fit as a butcher's dog. Now I'm..... :blush::blush:14.5st. If I start pounding the pavements carrying that with me, I'll have a coronary beofre I get to the end of my drive.

So it's Dietsville, Arizona for me. :( Has to be done though.

Surely? You betcha ass on it Maybes. I have her masticate all of my food so that I can drink it with a straw from a bowl...that way I don't have to let go of the tins.

All things being relative, I did all kind of sports til I went to uni, where I played Madden on the Xbox for three years, just starting to get fit again. It's a tough old road. Enjoying it though.

- Tue: 1 hour (easy)

- Wed: 3 hours (mix: low to high, includes one hour of five-a-side)

- Thu: 2 hours (easy)

- Fri: 1 hour (easy)

- Sun: 1 1/2 hours (easy + weights)

I don't eat fried anything. Fried foods just don't agree with me.

Yeah, Saturday is a real recovery day.

I just listen to the match and otherwise lounge about the house. :thumbup:
