The Stig Posted 2 July 2008 Posted 2 July 2008 Quality show. Series would have started earlier but was delayed as Andy Parsons and Dara were touring.
DB11 Posted 3 July 2008 Posted 3 July 2008 I can't find what time it's on. I've found it's on Channel 2 but what times?? Thanks

Floating Fox Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Jo Caulfield is appalling. Just further evidence that comediennes aren't funny. Women just can't be funny. Jo Brand and Jo Caulfield - oh dear. Lucy Porter?
syston_fox Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Rory Bremner just annoys me now. Yes he's a talented guy but now it's just the same impressions thrown in over and over again. He's not in the same league as Frankie Boyle and Russel Howard!
Alexikokopops Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 I find this programme more annoying than funny. I thought Linda Smith (R.I.P) was pretty funny. Gina Yashere is absolutely appalling, worse than appalling, she ruins the show. I had'nt realised that Linda Smith had died. Two years ago.
Joe. Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 To be fair, the only funny people on this are Frankie Boyle and Russell Howard (and Dara to be fair). I swear the Aussie guy who comes on is only there to show his plastic leg every time he appears on the show. And don't get me started on the women on it. Andy Parsons is well overrated as well. Every joke comes out in the same stupid put on accent of his that everybody thinks is so hilarious. **** off.

Joe. Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 What about Michael McIntyre / David Mitchell? I find McIntyre a bit annoying too really. As for Mitchell, I like his dry sense of humour but I don't actually always find him funny. To be honest I'm quite hard to please when it comes down to comedy

New series on Friday. Lee Mack is an excellent comedian.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 :w00t:Brilliant show. Better than Mock the Week for me. Love Lee Mack. Love David Mitchell. Probably for me as well, but both are excellent. Good thing about it is that where you get hit and miss comedian guests on Mock The Week, there is quite a diverse range of guests on WILTY. Most of them just get ripped.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Has this started yet or not? Thursday, 9pm, BBC Two.
Flynny Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Andy Parsons is well overrated as well. Every joke comes out in the same stupid put on accent of his that everybody thinks is so hilarious. **** off. "Now I don't know about you..."
The Stig Posted 10 July 2008 Posted 10 July 2008 Tonight is the night. I've not looked forward to a TV show this much in ages. Also can't wait for Would I Lie To You which is quality also.
