We have neighbours who partially block our driveway, and despite them having no right or easement in their favour, are more than happy to use our drive for their own convenience (turning, waiting for others etc). It gets to the stage where the slightest little, petty thing winds you up. The back is yet to be broken, but it's more than creaking at present... We have the same with ours but when someone blocks theirs they play merry hell calling names and keying the cars. The police were called last time it happened. The slightest thing that they do now gets the Mrs ranting and raving at me. Dont you just love neighbours.

I get home, he's parked across my drive, so I parked IN his drive. He didn't see the funny side of that at all.

So, there I am with a metal coat hanger stuffed down the side of the door, popping the locking mechanism, when two of them run out. They now know that a friend of Satan lives at number 141. They returned to the car as I was breaking into it...or because I was breaking into it, who knows. They were friends of God, which gave me just one more reason to be unreasonable. I left them with no uncertainty that if they do it again I'll move it into the middle of a road. I used language and threats God would not approve of, I am not proud.

Now come on Dave , be fair , if you had not had your house where some god fearing citizen wanted to park his car then God would have not been bothered . (By some godbotherer) Move your house to a more accomodating site and this problem would not arise .

Tell them that you had a vision, that god had come to you in the middle of the night and insisted that you batter them and the car silly. Surely they wouldnt want you not to carry out gods words?
