Webbo Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 I must say it does give you a lift listening to MM. The guy has some of the charisma we've so desperately needed and the sooner the place is full of such thinking the happier I'll be. you are 100% correct
Thracian Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 What was said about Todorov? I missed that bit. Confirmed our interest and said we should know in three or four days one way or the other. At least what I seem to remember him saying.
brookfox Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 Summary of what I can remember: We will succeed! (you can't fault the guys self belief) Kelly to stay in the job if he is successful (with undertones of he's out of here) We'll know about Todorov either way in the next few days Didn't seem overly opposed when asked about the groundshare He's been to see the academy but not as much as he'd like His mum is doing a lot better He's asked Redknapp about Stefanovic No increae in ST prices next season Jako are the new kit manufacturer on a 2-year cycle Overseas scouting network to be established We will have some internationals playing for us next year (although I think he meant overseas players) Oh and lots of soundbites around "failure is not a word I use, "I guarantee things will improve on the pitch", "Best was signed to make up for signing Birch"! Overall nothing that new, but his enthusiasm and belief are most impresive!

brookfox Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 As long as we do I couldnt care much less Me neither, although I'm not sure where that echo came from!
Daggers Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 Petrol prices in New Zealand Bird Flu Barry McGuigan's extended family Carlos the Jackal Flares All of these things I care about more than who makes our f**king kit next season as long as we have a half-decent midfield. I love you. Have my children.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007  I love you. Have my children. I'd be the worst creche owner ever. "Jazz mags on the coffee table, there's a couple of bottles of Glenfiddich out the back and don't get fagash over the couch..."
Ric Flair Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 I must say, it's the first time i've ever got a twitcher on listening to Radio Leicester. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Onion Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 I didn't listen but reading this thread made me feel abit better!
Daggers Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 Jazz mags on the coffee table, there's a couple of bottles of Glenfiddich out the back and don't get fagash over the couch... I didn't know you had been to our house...and I don't remember posting pictures...so, how come you know so much about my life huh?
Geo V Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 Cheers for the updates but I cant see anything there that we already didnt know, maybe apart from that his mum is doing better . The next few weeks will be intersting to see what happens on the pitch and off it but I am praying that we start announcing a Bosman signing or 5.
Flynny Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 When You sacking Rob Kelly? I somehow think you may have misunderstood...
Bryn Posted 13 March 2007 Posted 13 March 2007 Damnit I forgot to listen in. Ah well, the things he is saying sound good.
