Svetoslav Todorov

Would be very handy, can be got on a free as well... still think we have a decent shot at getting him in, but frankly it all hinges on who the manager is and when their anounced.

The Pompey fans love him and they want him in the team but Harry doesnt want to put him in. I cant see him staying there but what cheeses me off a bit is that he has had the chance to come here but doesnt seem to fancy it. Michael Chopra was happy enough to step down a tier to step up but Toddy may want to stay in the Premiership.

we wont be signing anyone without a manager

but now the season is over things might start to move forward over the next week or so, so the new manager can start working on rebuilding

Im not that convinced about that. Apparently MM had a big say in players in-between managers at Pompey and even when they had part-time managers. You only have to look at this season and see that MM went on about how he missed 3 players he wanted to bring here in January but the deal delay meant he lost out! I think he wont hesitate on bringing someone in regardless of who the manager is to be fair.

I was initially excited about him when he was rumoured in, but not anymore, I think there is more potential in other players than todorov !!

With the likes of N'Gotty and De Zeeuw favourites to be signed Todorov is a very exciting prospect IMO.

Would be pleased to see him but don't think it's going to happen now. Same is true for Stefanovic. Looks like lazy journalism rather than concrete rumours although I wonder if we get one or two players in who really show some ambition if that could suddenly make us appear a much better prospect and the flood gates will open.

Also think our best transfers might come towards the end of the summer - sadly players good enough for the prem who are waiting for prem deals but don't get them. Just a feeling I've got.

As of May 16th, he'd been offered a new one year deal at Portsmouth.

No indication yet that he has or will sign that deal.

Well, such developments haven't been reported.

That tells me he is seeking a more lucrative deal or seeking an exit. There seems to be a sudden influx of players who are rejecting one year deals at clubs, not surprising though, they are only trying to protect their futures.

This name hasn't been mentioned for a while.

Has he signed a new contract with Portsmouth?

Why is there a quote from me in your sig?

Contract rebel apparently, but him and Nwankwo Kanu should be discussing terms with Pompey over next few days.

Svetoslav...you know where the magic happens...here at Leicester

Could be very possible if he's rejected the contract.

Wouldn't surprise me at all to see him here within the week :dunno:

Wouldn't be surprised at all.....Milan will want to bring in a goalscorer after losing out on Saganowski and Todorov fits the bill

What do reckon then Joe?

Deal on the cards? Worth our time?

He's not quite Emerson but still....

We'll have to see what we can do MF. I think we could pull this one off.
