Brainy Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 If he'd scored 200 odd goal when he's 17 he'd be on Chelsea's books Not really, football rumours says Chelsea are interested in him anyway. Yeah...
demon_dog Posted 11 July 2007 Author Posted 11 July 2007 If he'd scored 200 odd goal when he's 17 he'd be on Chelsea's books Think of the money we could've made.
potter3 Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Well, bugger me. I am surprised. If it's true, of course. Sorry, I can't help it - I'm very cynical.. Look at his interests Not been online since March though
Brainy Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 If only the search engine was turned on. I'd love to see the reaction when he told members who he was. Wonder if they believed him
Toby or not Toby Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Not really, football rumours says Chelsea are interested in him anyway.Yeah... I saw that 5 million pounds haha!
davieG Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Chambers used to post on here I believe he was advised by the club that he shouldn't so he stopped.
potter3 Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 I'm Elvis Hammond.Braaaaaaaaaap. I could believe that
Guest Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Dear God maybe that's the problem!! maybe the likes of Akinbiyi, Elvis, Momo and That shiester Rab were great when they signed but upon seeing the comments on FT whilst using the club username(?) they realised the mistake they'd made, there confidence was shattered and they never fully recovered. presumably cos some guy called Thracian thought they should be behind Levi Porter in the pecking order
demon_dog Posted 11 July 2007 Author Posted 11 July 2007 I'm Elvis Hammond.Braaaaaaaaaap. Look at your keypad, the C is 2 letters to the left of the B.
Daggers Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Look at your keypad, the C is 2 letters to the left of the B. Thanks. Now I don't have to describe you as a 'stupid bunt'.
Milky Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 All of the Academy players do, they discuss it quite regularly, and you can add porter, stearman and weso to that list for starters.
potter3 Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Yeah but that was only thing to show as the search is off
Thracian Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Various people closely connected with the club read this forum, quite apart from some of the Academy players.
a-fox Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 All of the Academy players do, they discuss it quite regularly, and you can add porter, stearman and weso to that list for starters. how do you know ?
Milky Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 how do you know ? Inside man. Spends a lot of time around the players.
potter3 Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Inside man. Spends a lot of time around the players. I may be wrong but isn't your brother (?) an academy player?
potter3 Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 If only the search engine was turned on.I'd love to see the reaction when he told members who he was. Wonder if they believed him http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.ph...entry8421
Edmund Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.ph...entry8421 I love the first reply he gets. Anal as normal... "This should of been in General chat, anyway, welcome mate".
Finnegan Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 Yeah I've been meaning to tell you all, like, I'm actually Andy King. The guy I sent to the 11 a side was just a double because I've actually got a restraining order on Thracian.
Bryn Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 A lfew of you came onto this thread all ruffled with your "Have a word" attitude I'm sure, but frankly it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if a number of people connected to the club read this forum. In fact I'd go as far as saying I suspect that MM might have a person in the PR department or whatever who keeps an eye on these sort of things, considering he was quite sensitive to how he was being perceived when he bought the club. If I were a player, I'd probably have the occasional look, out of curiosity. I probably would wanna know what the fans were thinking.
James. Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 Burnham's right. Think about all the spare time those boys have. I know if I played for or was involved in the club I'd take some time to read about fans opinions. I'd even go as far to say that it would be slightly ignorant and disadvantageous if the club didn't at least monitor these sort of sites. Anyway, remember that photo of Weso in his lounge or something where you could see what looked like the Foxestalk homepage on his laptop? Proof I tell you!
Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 Yeah. Despite my flippant reply earlier, they obviously do especially the younger players. It's a weird situation. They are definitely more likely to read this forum than TB or FF though.
Daggers Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 If I were a player, I'd probably have the occasional look, out of curiosity. I probably would wanna know what the fans were thinking. If I were a player I'd be too busy driving fast and having spit-roasts to be bothered with fans opinions.
AoWW Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 I know a few ex players check out the site . If the PR department don't, then they really aren't doing their job! If I were a player I'd be too busy driving fast and having spit-roasts to be bothered with fans opinions. Let's face it though, they don't have alot to do really... I'm sure they can squeeze in a bit of time online as well - it's not exactly arduous!
