The mind boggles how it must be done in Oz I know... mind does boggle.. then again we do like to check our people first once they are dead just to make sure... wouldn't want to bury someone alive...

I am a salesman and I find that I get business due to the stupidity of salesmen of not thinking about their actions & potential customers perceptions effect judgment to purchase.I am open, honest, and I know my facts, so when I deal with people they understand that I am a straight up bloke who is not like the other sales folk out there, so I actually love the typical salesmen, they are bloody marvelous to me Two words: Danny Murphy.

Turtles Head Posted 4 August 2007 Posted 4 August 2007 I have the ultimate respect for chefs and a huge appreciation for the fact that they provide me with the majority of the meals I eat. Cooking for a living is something I could never contemplate being able to do. Its effing hard i tell thee. Im a trainee, 3 weeks into my apprenticeship and its so much harder than i thought. Enjoyable, but it has took any hint of a social life that i once had and balled itself up into a salmon parcel. Better than sitting in an air conditioned gym talking to nice, scantily clad women......hmmmm.....did i make the right choice in opting for a career change

For a start you would have to be nice to people. I work Customer Service for an airline. It's a bit more broad than your average CS position, though, as we move about the airport and do various duties. Unlike a traditional in-store type CS position... someone who sits and listens to customers bitch and complain about prices and quality, etc. Despite not being a people person, I enjoy the work. That's partly down to being in an industry I take a strong interest in. It's also partly down to working with some very cool people.
