Nottingham forest game

Have Forrest fans just given up... beat by Derby in the summer, poor start to the season, three years in League One and what ever they try (and IIRC they spent a fair bit in the summer) they just don't seem to be able to get out of the living nightmare that their club's been in for the last few years and have been getting by on remembering past glories (nearly thirty years past!)... maybe it's just finally gotten to much.

Well it isn't exactly a bundle of happiness around the City Ground at the moment. If we beat you I'm sure it will give us a much needed lift.I think we can win this and I'm sticking my neck on the line here but I think we'll win 1-0.COME ON YOU REDS!!!!!!!!!

I just cried from laughter there fella. YOU HAVE NO CHANCE IN HELL.

Did you see the scores at the weekend? You got beat by Leeds in League 1, we just battered Watford - a team that were in the premiership only a few months ago.

Id take your neck off the line and put it straight into a noose if you think your gonna win this one!

Tis a Cup game... anything can happen, that said we normally have decent cup runs and we're a much improved team on last season and our performance on Saturday was v.impressive and frankly i think we'll be clear winners come Tuesday, but as i say Cup games are Cup games.

As to things not being a "bundle of happiness" for the Trees at the moment, don't be too down beat... personally (and I'm in a tiny minority here) I was hoping you'd come back up last season, there's still something not quite right about a club like Forrest being in League One (again minority view amongst city fans).

i really cant understand their lack of enthusiasm for this game.

Plus with them being underdogs you would think their fans should be up for it.

oh well.... BLUE ARMY

P.s is anyone taking blue and white balloons or anything. will look amazing!

Yeh i think im going to buy a few packs of blue, then dish them out before the game to whoever is willing to blow...so to speak ;)

It might add to what already should be a quality atmosphere

I'm sure he meant Marlon King. It's just that Barber is blind

Form book goes out of the window in these type of games and you haven't beat us in the City Ground in around 30 years.I would'nt be suprised to as who wins either way.

This will be a great time to play Forest and give them a right good spanking. Everyone from MA to Clemence has already been quoted as saying the importance of the game which may have been played up a bit too much lol but still, if we beat a neighbour that is soon to be renamed to The Titanic, it would be absolutely lovely lol

This is a banana skin match for us, and becuase its Forest. I hope to win. I'm also worrying reading past posts that we might get caught up in Nottingham as we're on the train. Could we also use the Mcdonalds or will be get food thrown at us? (Or Glasses, as the promotion is back on)

This is probably the weakest Forest team EVER.

If we can't win there this time, I will be truly despondent.

I think you putting your neck on the line by making such a bold statement.

This could come back and bite us in the arse, my friend.

anyone know any decent places to park ?

Try down Trent Boulevard, just down the road from the stadium. Lots of little side streets which usually have plenty of spaces, it's a fairly decent residential area so not too much danger of getting your car smashed in.

I really hope the rumours about Forest only selling 4,000 aren't true, it'll really take the edge off the game. :(

Does anyone know how many tickets Forest have sold. Heard they havnt sold that many?

4,000 according to their forum

i think what he might be getting at is as Leicester have sold out you may well be able to sit in their end, which i know people are already doing

Sounds like we might have the "home" advantage!!!

Shame they dont let us have more tickets as it sounds like we need them, especially if leicester fans are buying tickets elsewhere in the ground.
