Monitor all purchase orders and ensure they are acknowledged within 48 hours of purchase order receipt.

Manage time effectively in order to produce maximum productivity within the department.  Prioritise workload taking initiative where expected, paying attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Handle all work for that day ensuring it is actioned and completed.  Keep records of customer interactions and ensure all systems and customers are updated.

Sounds like an order progressor job, I did something very similar for Cromwell Tools. Wasn't complicated but it was a lot of hard graft for not a lot of money.

That's basically what it is yes, £16-18K though so aint too bad.
