Apparently City are taking advice from an expert in Roman military defence systems and the players may simply form a square in front of the goal assuming the referee accepts that their interlocked shields will not be used as offensive weapons. The hardest part has been getting the shields up over their heads in unison at corners, free-kicks and throw-ins. City tend to let the ball bounce in these situations and the shields are meant to to ensure it bounces to safety. The shields might also be useful for reflecting the floodlights into attackers' eyes. Im expecting a loss probably but gonna go to the game with confidence now or whats the point in going? we can beat them. We beat Tottenham 3-2 when they were 3rd in Premiership. We always seem to raise our game against Premiership teams in the cup like Fulham last season when we were unlucky. Villa will underestimate us and expect an easy win so lower their game. We could catch them cold at the start of the game. All we have to do is attack them, but that probably won't happen under Megson. Ill still be confident and go for a 2-1 Leicester win. Only away game that I didn't attend last season which we won was Burnley. So therefore, we will lose tomorrow.
