MADLEVEIN Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 i think everyone should get behind the team and give full support to megson and mandaric, that way perhaps the negativity among some of the fans wont get transferred onto the pitch, because if we lose on wednesday night, which is a distinct possibility, the boo boys will be out for megson and crowing about that plum allen, the great messiah who managed to bring in shitloads of players then play half the transfer listed players instead. lets get behind the team...not whoever is on the sidelines, i can remember even in the brian little era we used to have a song for each player, now we can only muster up the odd huuuuuuuume.

Hughes, douglas, maybury didnt get played! I for one don't like megson! Never have done and never will, but for the sake of Leicester City will get behind the team, because as a fan of the club i was us to succeed! We have a squad capable of getting promotion, and a manager who can get promotion, but that means playing scrappy football and defending 1-0 wins, which is something Leicester can't do! If we are going to succeed i feel that we need a manager who can produce the football we all want and the club needs to succeed! But as I said i will get behind the players and the club! not Mego

chesterfox Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 i have hardly ever called for a manager's head, I always will and always have supported the team through thick and thin - in fact my only interest is LCFC - but there are so many reasons why GM is wrong - now by all means give him a chance, forget MA and wait but my instinct just tells me he IS wrong for us. I know it is ridiculous at such a short time but he cannot pick team and cannot motivate the players. Get him out

David O'Leary Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 Highlight my mistake I want us to succeed not was sorry mate, I didn't spot it either
Matt Posted 22 September 2007 Posted 22 September 2007 i think everyone should get behind the team and give full support to megson and mandaric, that way perhaps the negativity among some of the fans wont get transferred onto the pitch, because if we lose on wednesday night, which is a distinct possibility, the boo boys will be out for megson and crowing about that plum allen, the great messiah who managed to bring in shitloads of players then play half the transfer listed players instead.lets get behind the team...not whoever is on the sidelines, i can remember even in the brian little era we used to have a song for each player, now we can only muster up the odd huuuuuuuume. "the great messiah who managed to bring in shitloads of players" - fair enough I have no solid truth to back up the rumours but if believe the rumours most of the players signed were Milan's decision. "play half the transfer listed players instead" - who? I can only thin of De Vries of the top of my head and yes i've slagged him off but like the rest of the players Allen bought the best out of him. "lets get behind the team" - tried it, keep trying it.
Geo V Posted 23 September 2007 Posted 23 September 2007 I cant begin to say how desperate we are for these 3 points against Stoke. Bring em on.
Dames Posted 23 September 2007 Posted 23 September 2007 Another one of these threads... Megson needs to earn the backing and the support and the way he's going he's making it alot harder for himself. As for the players i'll support no matter what. Roll on Thursdays thread telling us to get behind them after another loss.
maddog Posted 23 September 2007 Posted 23 September 2007 This will be the team V Stoke Fulop Kisnorbo Ferraira Clemence Stearman N Gotty Mc Auley Mattock Kaebi Dj De Vries Megson will be playing an attacking formation with an 8-2-0 formation. Unlike Megson's normal defensive tactics he will take a big risk in playing Dj and De Vries just in front of the back line in the hope of them getting the goals
David O'Leary Posted 23 September 2007 Posted 23 September 2007 ---------------------- Fulop -------------------------- -------- N'Gotty -- Kisnorbo -- McAuley----- Mattock -------- Kaebi ---- Clemence ---Chambers ---- Ferreira -------------------- Hume -------- Campbell --------------
Nath Posted 23 September 2007 Posted 23 September 2007 Fuller will score! The bugger always does against us.
Micky Ruddle Posted 23 September 2007 Posted 23 September 2007 I will say.. 0-0 bore draw. Hume scores, but flagged for offside.
David O'Leary Posted 23 September 2007 Posted 23 September 2007 2-1 to us, fuller to score in the first ten minutes, Hume to equalise before half time and then fryatt to score around the 75th minute
Simon Posted 23 September 2007 Posted 23 September 2007 ---------------------- Fulop ---------------------------------- N'Gotty -- Kisnorbo -- McAuley----- Mattock -------- Kaebi ---- Clemence ---Chambers ---- Ferreira -------------------- Hume -------- Campbell -------------- It's almost like a game of, 'How many people will have to post a side which features Kaebi and Ferreira in it before they get played?' Still don't like Chambers in the middle though, and Kisnorbo and McAuley are proving a bombscare together. One of Kisnorbo and McAuley out, I don't care which, Bruno in the middle of defence, Chambers right back, and Kish in centre-mid. I'll post my team again (not like it will have any effect...) Fulop Chambers Kisnorbo N'Gotty Sheehan Kaebi Clemence Kishishev Ferreira Hume Deej
mancunianfox Posted 24 September 2007 Posted 24 September 2007 Assuming there are no injuries picked up in the week my team against Stoke would be: --------------------Fulop--------------------- -Chambers--N'Gotty--Kisnorbo--Mattock- --Hume---Clemence---Newton---Ferreira- ------------De Vries----Campbell----------- Henderson, McAuley, Kaebi, Kishishev, Fryatt
maddog Posted 24 September 2007 Posted 24 September 2007 Kaebi Ferraira Fulop N Gotty Kisnorbo Clemence and any others
dandannieldanok Posted 24 September 2007 Posted 24 September 2007 Fulop Chambers N'Gotty Stearman Sheehan Ferreira Newton Clemence Hayes Hume Djeziri
Raj Posted 25 September 2007 Posted 25 September 2007 After enjoying Indias 20/20 win yday,i woke up at 5 to goto work and reality set in. We play a rampant Villa tomorrow and then the bread and butter of the League v Stoke on Saturday at the Walkers where we rarely see a victory. Sandwiched in between is a 'free for all/clear the air' at the Walkers on Thursday. I'm feeling depressed about the whole situation. Its probably just the time of the month.......
