Phube Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 Dj,Cort& Deepfreeze, bloody hell 3 strikers Even more shocking!!!
Samu Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 Strange selection, I think it would have made more sense to have Hume instead of De Vries and played him behind the front 2 perhaps??? Not sure how they are going to line up
Steven Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 Not sure GM has picked the right side but I do endorse three strikers. :D
Leicester_Mad Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 theres still the chance Campbell goes down one of the wings?
mkingy Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 MDV and Carl Cort? :\ It's so when our defenders swing a leg at the ball upfield theres more chance of it going to a tall player.
Finnegan Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 It's so when our defenders swing a leg at the ball upfield theres more chance of it going to a tall player. I take it Megson's not seen MDV use his head yet?
Foxes 2 da grave Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 Any one got a link to a live radio leicester stream
mkingy Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 I take it Megson's not seen MDV use his head yet? There's a first time for everything.
Geo V Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 3 strikers and Hume and Fryatt on the bench??!! GM has been smoking some of Rickys Jamaicans finest by the sound sof it! A very strange line-up which will make interesting listening when the game kicks -off in twenty mins.
filbertway Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 This line up looks 433 to me. Good call actually N Gotty Mcauley Kisnorbo Mattock Stears Clem Chambers MDV Cort DJ
Lillehamring Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 christ, fryatt must be wondering what he's got to do to get in the team... and as for cort, hmmm, well he doesn't seem to have done anything to justify a regular spot... still, it looks more exciting than the villa squad...
MPH Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 Good call actuallyN Gotty Mcauley Kisnorbo Mattock Stears Clem Chambers MDV Cort DJ so youi wouldnt say just 2 in the middle with wing backs? mattock and stearman? barber just said 343 on the radio actually...
filbertway Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 so youi wouldnt say just 2 in the middle with wing backs? mattock and stearman?barber just said 343 on the radio actually... No idea to be honest, just putting it out there as a possibility Don't know if anyone knows but you can listen to the match here mms://a924.l609521700.c6095.g.lm.akamaistream.net/D/924/6095/319274370/reflector:21700 just put it in the "Open URL" bit on windows media player.
Anish Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 Crazy starting line-up in my opinion. Fryatt AND Hume dropped is bizarre, especially for the underperforming Campbell and Cort. If it backfires Megson is putting himself out to be slated. Still not happy seeing Chambers and Stearman in midfield either.
Rincewind Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 said on radio its 343. Steve Walsh says the line up is due to Stokes style of play. Still FFryatt and Hume are on the bench so he will use them.
majestic fox Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 i feel worried after reading the team selection
Leicester_Mad Posted 29 September 2007 Posted 29 September 2007 at least something new is being tried. Not exactly the best team we have on paper but then again the best team hasnt really done us many favours so far this season! COME ON CITY!!
