Jack Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 Feature game on the championship tomorrow ..... We'll be on for longer than 10 seconds then
Mark Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 We sound like we've took the foot off the pedal, and we all know Wednesday will come out a different side. Needed to push for more goals when we were never under pressure, I suppose it'll do though.
Geo V Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 We are playing a side who has won two out of their last three games and still people want to make out as if its them who are terrible and not us doing a great job! From what I can hear, we are all over them, King is playing really well from midfield ticking things over which is a great sign, Fryatt is causing them all sorts of problems and his link up play with Hume is working and the defenders are looking solid. I cant remember if Fulop has actually had a save to make so far which away from home against any side is great going. So far so good for GM and as I have said previously, I think he may well have stumbled across a great away formation with the 532 as it seems its frustrating quite a few of our opponents who dont know how to handle it. Again I hope we change to a 442 for home games and attack more but for now, its looking good and maybe the doom and gloom merchants may actually enjoy the international break at this rate
Joe. Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 Well I'm shocked we're actually winning I think we'll be OK, Sheffield Wednesday sound awful.

He seems to have evolved the system to make us more attacking and the reason he likes the three centre-backs with wing-backs is to stop the defence leaking. Without reason to change he'll continue to adapt 5-3-2. Mind you we've got to win this one first.

Anyway, back to today before I go off to listen to the game, how terrible is Barber? He hears that Akinbuyi has scored so presumes its for Palace when its actually an equilizer for Burnley and he makes error after error on players like saying he didnt realize Stern John had left Coventry when the bloke went to Sunderland inbetween ! What a prat! Back to the game.
Thracian Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 Newton chance to settle it but City in danger of trying to sit on their lead. Kavanagh's done Sheehan. We really need a terminator somewhere in our side. Someone to whack arseholes like Kavanagh so they don't get up.

dave_the_fox Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 Gradel has scored for Bournemouth And Melton Mowbrays finest Paul Anderson has scored again for Swansea!
Thracian Posted 6 October 2007 Posted 6 October 2007 Gradel has scored for Bournemouth Sounded as if he was a threat all through the first half.
