Jean Tigana has got a clause from his old employers that says if he gets another job in the next 12 months they (his former club) are intitled to a compensation package. i dont know all the facts and figures, just thought id keep you all update as i recieve the info. A positive spin on this comment instead of people saying "Sounds even more like bollocks" is that maybe this is the reason Milan's saying he is speaking to someone already in a job/talking to clubs...Perhaps he is speak to his previous employer discussing a compensation package. It has in the last few day gone abit quiet on this subject and tbh I don't think we'll get him, I don't think we'll get anyone that good really, but i'm still hoping and still trying to get positives out of this.

For example you can believe this, "You don't see this everyday - :laugh: because there's a link. Without a lot of people will get pissed off...lack of anything happening etc.

Look how many people have been linked with leicester, and half of them aint even really contenders. its just the stupid press who don't know who it is and just linking any1 who they think.

He said he spent a lot of money, signed some half decent players then went on to play them out of position. The team that lost to Liverpool was mostly Tigana signings. He also said he thinks he's still being paid by Besiktas.Personally I think he would be a great appointment did a great job with Fulham until Fayed closed the purse strings. Sounds like my mate was right

ibbosuk Posted 15 November 2007 Posted 15 November 2007 Don't know wether you remember (Academy Scout) but i posted some information about Tigana last week that he was meeting MM on friday, but it wasn't in Leicester, unfortunatley tho the forum crashed and that thread was deleted. I now have more information, After the meeting on friday with MM, he was apprentley going back to france to speak to his family about managing Leicester, and was going to give MM a answer by wednesday. No personal terms have been discussed, but have been told that he has accepted the challenge of the Leicester Position and will be discussing personal terms on fri with an advisor of the club and Milan will be coming back monday to make sure everything is signed and done. Thats all i know at minute, ill let you know if i find anything else out. Yer I talked with old "Tig" he's taking the Wigan job as well as the City job, seems our other M8 Lewy Hamilton "Python Hammy" Sorry (private joke you will have to read my new book) turns out he's is moving to swaziland to join the Bantu tribe & Tig wants to join him, so he's saving up and doing a double shift (Gready Git) .....Anyway just off for a spot of running backwards...Catch you guys & girls soon.
