Fez of Mahrez Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Manwell panel says, home win. S****horpe A 0-0 Colchester A 1-1 Cardiff H 0-0 I reckon it might be a draw. Optimistic I know.
andyh1884 Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 I'm expecting us to attack them - if we sit back then we've no chance when they have the likes of Kightley and Keogh.1 - 3 I'm afraid, altough their fans can be silenced so perhaps a dream first 10 minutes? Kightly's not playing, which is a very big bonus given how he's ripped into us in the past. They have absolutely no creativity in midfield without him (the words of my Wolves-supporting mate)

Simi Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Good news indeed. They can be beaten if they are pushed. What's suddenly changed from the side we've been awful with in past weeks?
Babylon Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 We'll win this one, heavily. When you say we, I presume that you are now supporting Wolves like I am???
Staf Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 We'll win this one, heavily. Tell me youre being sarcastic
JakeShingler Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Tell me youre being sarcastic leicester2 wolves1
Ric Flair Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 When you say we, I presume that you are now supporting Wolves like I am??? I now support Oadby Under 8's, they're flying. Their mum's haven't got saggy bristols yet either, I suggest you pop down and cheer them on.
Staf Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 leicester2 wolves1 How can you think we will win
Thracian Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Remember last season when we had just lost 4-1 at home to Sheffield Wednesday? We went to Wolves the next week and somehow came away with a 2-1 win.I can't see anything similar happening again. No - Hammond and Porter won't be playing.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 No - Hammond and Porter won't be playing. *shoots self*
Babylon Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 I now support Oadby Under 8's, they're flying. Their mum's haven't got saggy bristols yet either, I suggest you pop down and cheer them on. Cheer the kids or the tits? I'm already cheering for tits week in week out at the walkers.
Calum McDermott Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Just an update on that training match. The trialists weren't anything special. Comments from Holloway included, "You think these are on trial? You're all on ****ing trial" haha did holloway actually say that? Which of the trialists did you think were better? What did they show that was good? anything?
Simi Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 haha did holloway actually say that? Which of the trialists did you think were better? What did they show that was good? anything? He did say that yes. I wasn't there myself, going on what my step-dad said. Holloway was the linesman in the second half as well.
i luv u foxes Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 he doent know his strongest team we bound to lose but we do do well against top teams usually shame bout the woefull 1s
Joe. Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 God knows what will happen in this game, it's the Championship. As we're playing shit recently I wouldn't put money on us winning, but like I say anything can happen.
Koke Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 I'll be making a guest appearence at Villa Park for their game against Man City, I been invited along by my in-laws and surely I'm not turning down a once-in-a-season-oppturnity to watch some good football. I then have to rush to Wolverhampton as soon as the final whistle goes at Villa Park, but I doubt I'll make it so if Walkers' know any decent pubs or bars in Birmingham that's showing the game, I'll very much appreciate it he told me.
GianEmmo Zola Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Wolves 1-1 Leicester Leicester Goal - Cort Leicester Side - Fulop, Bruno, Sheehan, Mcauley, Kisnorbo, Mattock, Clemence, King, Hume, Cort, John Bench- Nielsen, Kenton, Fryatt, Maybury, Stearman
WetFlannel Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 In fact, i've had a change of heart and i think we will win 1 - 0... i have a suspicion we will sneak it, and then everyone will start talking about the play offs again Our run at the moment is poor but these runs are there to be broken Kisnorbo to score... Got to be optimistic in these times...
ronnup Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 WE WILL WIN.... I have forseen it, the team are going to win by two goals, we shall make merry and the xmas period will be a blessed one. We shall start our season here, and this will cause a blue flame of hope to be lit in the camp. We shall not lose this momentum and the new additions will fuel us on to the play offs, I have seen it and I shall watch it. Wolves have well over-performed, they're shit. We're mint, they've just been pretending to be shit. It's a big joke and we're goin to be the next Sunderland. That's all i'm sayin until next summer. Sunderland, sunderland, Sunderland.
jonw88 Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 WE WILL WIN....I have forseen it, the team are going to win by two goals, we shall make merry and the xmas period will be a blessed one. Same was said for the game against Hull, Ipswich, etc. etc. Let's face it, this year's campaign is never gonna get kick started. But hopefully we'll still win!
Ultra Posted 21 December 2007 Posted 21 December 2007 Not a hope. Although the same was said before the game there last season...
Thracian Posted 21 December 2007 Posted 21 December 2007 I cannot think of one logical reason why we should win but football has never worked on logic. If Holloway's managed to change the mood from that which pervaded Hull and the City Ground I'll say 1-0 to Leicester with Fryatt showing he's not inclined to move over for Ashley Chambers just yet. If anyone wants to argue that I've completely off my rocker with this prediction I can only accept what they say. But Holloway has the most unenviable task this Christmas, football wise, and I don't think he needs to see the fans predicting another setback. We won at Bristol City and I'm bloody sure we can win at Wolves with the right team and the right comeraderie. :scarf:
