SamL Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 It's embarrasing. I refuse to watch anymore. Can't wait until Freddie Flintoff is back in the international arena. We're lacking fight, passion and energy. Awful.
Manwell Pablo Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 It's embarrasing. I refuse to watch anymore. Can't wait until Freddie Flintoff is back in the international arena. We're lacking fight, passion and energy. Awful. Yes. Good old Freddie pissed up Flintoff, can't wait.
SamL Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 Yes. Good old Freddie pissed up Flintoff, can't wait. I can see your point there Manwell but remember back to the Ashes? He was our star player.
Milky Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 I can see your point there Manwell but remember back to the Ashes? He was our star player. we'll never see that freddie again. His bowling is still top class (though his ankle goes after 5 overs), but his batting is truely awful these days. He's completely lost it with the bat. As for the 81 all out, it's actually quite amusing.

Maybe with a decent run, and some fitness he could regain his batting form. Hopefully his ankle injury clears up after his latest operation. I don't condone his 'Freddalo' antics but I do believe he his vital to the side. We've got to face facts, we're rubbish Moores out.
Brainy Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 Yeah, 81 was quite amusing. Can only happen to England.
Bert Posted 20 December 2007 Posted 20 December 2007 I can see your point there Manwell but remember back to the Ashes? He was our star player. I remember back to the Ashes, thousands of people were behind the team, where the fock are they now?

Micky Ruddle Posted 21 December 2007 Posted 21 December 2007 We are actually, quite crap, to put it simply.
Staf Posted 21 December 2007 Posted 21 December 2007 Flintoff is on Jonathan Ross he doesent seem bothered although i cant blame him
syston_fox Posted 22 December 2007 Posted 22 December 2007 Flintoff is on Jonathan Ross he doesent seem bothered although i cant blame him To be fair the interview is done early in the week so will be before the disaster of the current game in the series.
Brainy Posted 22 December 2007 Posted 22 December 2007 Funny to see some of the banners at the game "15 days of torture - thanks for nothing England" being one of them.
purpleronnie Posted 23 December 2007 Posted 23 December 2007 Bopara played well. The newspapers never fail to amaze me claiming Alastair cook a hero??????? Anyway the cricket players like the footballers could do with a brain, some of the shots we're just stupid, all we had to do is bat, no silly shots no runs needed just stay there, Vaughan is a muppet, as for bopara getting run out dont get me started.
Micky Ruddle Posted 23 December 2007 Posted 23 December 2007 Flintoff is on Jonathan Ross he doesent seem bothered although i cant blame him Flintoff was actually in the Walk-In-Centre in Loughborough on Monday night. The staff told me, after realising i'm a cricketer myself, mentioned that Fred was receiving treatment there.
