I mean lets face it many playing league footie should be in full flow in terms of fitness and the pure heat last time killed me, which of course wont be around this time.

The last match was the first time I'd played 90 minutes in my life, and first time I'd played 11-a-side since I was about seven (I'm assuming I didn't play 90 minutes then).

No fags, one glass of wine and one pint in the last four days, played for one hour on Sunday, and one hour last night. I am now stiffer than the entire U21 squad whilst watching back door sluts four.

Me and Maybes are still signed on for Beaumont, but we were playing for the reserves which have now folded. Tomassi has joined your reserves, so we may follow until the end of the season for fitness purposes, ready for next season! I was talking to Dan Carr earlier at work, he said your the manager of the first team or something now?

Reserves are desperate for a centre half , think they got squad of about 14 / 15 now
