teblin Posted 4 March 2008 Posted 4 March 2008 Someone should stamp on his ankle again, just to make sure. But his pace makes him a theat and causes probs from defenders

maddog Posted 4 March 2008 Posted 4 March 2008 My money is on Isiah Osbourne from Villa. He was supposed to come in Jan but MON was a little short on numbers. Osbourne played for Villa at Arsenal at weekend, it definately won't be him. My money would be on Routledge.
The Reverend Posted 4 March 2008 Posted 4 March 2008 Great signing Look down at the references part. Great signing i think.
Tabou Posted 4 March 2008 Posted 4 March 2008 Great signingLook down at the references part. Great signing i think. I said Dwayne Chambers as a joke. Gosh if im right... I will eat my hat
Nick Posted 4 March 2008 Posted 4 March 2008 I'd love it if it was Routledge. Yep, me too. He's not broken through into the Villa first team to my knowledge and can also play on the left if needed to. Christ I will be so impressed if it's Wayne. With Wayne in the team it would create a real attacking dimension, winging crosses in and committing defenders...... It'd be like watching a football team again.
The People's Hero Posted 4 March 2008 Posted 4 March 2008 If he doesn't 'habeo' a 'catapultam' we're not interested, are we Nick?
Monk Posted 4 March 2008 Posted 4 March 2008 Leicester City FCToday, it has been revealed that Chambers will be signing for Leicester City Football Club if the Championship, until the end of the season. His position is not known, though his obvious pace would be an asset either up front (ala Ade Akinbiyi), or out on the wing. Ian Holloway is said to be delighted with his new signing, and is hoping he will prove his worth and earn a full time contract at the end of the season. Wikipedia entry for Dwayne Chambers
