It's a good time to go house hunting if you tackle it the right way. I went to an auction as an observer recently. It wasn't a big auction. Only a third of the properties sold and I was amazed because one of them was a proverbial free gift.

Hoping next week will be a big one though what with trying to sell some land, trying to sell a house, trying to buy a house and all that those things potentially coming together entails. Not that I'm assuming anything. Even simple transactions never seem to the straightforward these days because people, particularly adults, never seem to do what they say they'll do and especially not when they say they'll do it.
