DB11 Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 http://www.4thegame.com/club/manchester-ci..._city_exit.htmlmpenza looking quite likely now Well if he joins he won't get the best reception considering he said he wouldn't leave for a Championship side
davieG Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 Well if he joins he won't get the best reception considering he said he wouldn't leave for a Championship side Well perhaps he's now convinced we're not, but we are a League 3 side.
Fat Ron Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 Well if he joins he won't get the best reception considering he said he wouldn't leave for a Championship side If he signs and does the business he can have the freedom of the City!
Zingari Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 Well if he joins he won't get the best reception considering he said he wouldn't leave for a Championship side if he helps us out of the mess , our supporters will soon forget that
Kilworthfox Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 http://www.4thegame.com/club/manchester-ci..._city_exit.htmlmpenza looking quite likely now Not better than what we have! He was very good about 5 years ago at Anderlecht, but has been very disapointing at Man C abd they will let him go at the end of the season!
Brainy Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 Well if he joins he won't get the best reception considering he said he wouldn't leave for a Championship side  Perhaps he never said that? It came from the BBC gossip column after all.
Chromophobia Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 I like this. Holloway can't instil any confidence in his current players whatsoever, so he trys and gets another player on loan. any other club you see getting a striker on loan would be because they have a shortage, but we don't do we? Why the fook did he waste 1.5million on Howard, if he isn't good enough for him? holloway's a doughnut.
Stevosevic Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 http://www.4thegame.com/club/manchester-ci..._city_exit.htmlmpenza looking quite likely now Nothing new in that article to suggest it is more likely to happen.
lookwhaticando Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 If he signs and does the business he can have the freedom of the City! Is that before or after he cleans his 'business' up?
Fat Ron Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 Is that before or after he cleans his 'business' up? After obviously!!! Unless you fancy cleaning it up
davieG Posted 27 March 2008 Posted 27 March 2008 From the OS Meanwhile, Holloway confirmed that he didn't expect any ins or outs on the transfer front ahead of today's 5pm deadline. He added: "Although it is impossible to rule anything out, I do not envisage making any moves ahead of the deadline. We have got a strong squad here and I have got every confidence in these players to get us out of the situation we currently find ourselves in."

I swear someone (Fez?) said he should be saying something very similar in a post earlier today? Maybe last night?
