frenzal Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Todays line up: Henderson Stearman Kisnorbo McAuley Clapham Bell Oakley Wesolowski Hendrie Hume Howard Cheers. That's the team sheet I've been wanting to see for a long time.
FleckneyFox Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Todays line up: Henderson Stearman Kisnorbo McAuley Clapham Bell Oakley Wesolowski Hendrie Hume Howard why?
Free Falling Foxes Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 the lads on SkySports reckon we're going down Lose today but play well and IT ISN'T OVER. Play badly/get well beat and I think it is. We MUST put in a determined, battling display!
shen Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Todays line up: Henderson Stearman Kisnorbo McAuley Clapham Bell Oakley Wesolowski Hendrie Hume Howard I like the look of this line up! I can't come up with a much better midfield than that in our current situation. Hopefully Hume will be fit enough to play to his best...
Steven Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 From the Barnsley OS. TEAM NEWS FROM OAKWELL - DEVANEY, HOWARD, NARDIELLO IN - CAMPBELL-RYCE, ODEJAYI, VAN HOMOET OUTPosted on: Sat 19 Apr 2008 TODAY'S teams have just been confirmed. BARNSLEY: Steele, Foster, Souza, Nyatanga, Kozluk, Devaney, Hassell, Howard, Leon, Nardiello, Macken. Subs: Letheren, Odejayi, Ferenczi, Campbell-Ryce, Coulson. LEICESTER CITY: Henderson, Kisnorbo, McAuley, Hume, Bell, Clapham, Wesolowski, Stearman, Oakley, Hendrie, Howard. Subs: N'Gotty, Campbell, Alnwick, Hayles, Laczko.
Mark Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Campbell-Ryce not playing is a bonus, he always seems to be a problem for us.
Free Falling Foxes Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Todays line up: Henderson Stearman Kisnorbo McAuley Clapham Bell Oakley Wesolowski Hendrie Hume Howard That's pretty good. You know, looking at those players and others in our squad - we should be fine.
Simon Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Todays line up: Henderson Stearman Kisnorbo McAuley Clapham Bell Oakley Wesolowski Hendrie Hume Howard That's the midfield I've wanted to see since, like, forever... This SHOULD do the business for us... SHOULD!!!
FleckneyFox Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Howard and Leon are the danger. Nardiello and Macken are pacy could be a problem. I was hoping Odejayi would play McAuley would've marked him out the game.
sham Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 do you not think the fact that we're playing away from home and taking in to account ollies previous tactics that the team could possibly line up like this? Todays line up: Henderson Stearman Kisnorbo McAuley Clapham Bell Oakley Wesolowski Hendrie Hume Howard
sham Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Confirmed team From OS http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/Lates...1293250,00.html
breadandcheese Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Happy with that line-up. I think it's our strongest in current circumstances, giving us enough balance to have a good go today. Come on city.
ibbosuk Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 I think City will win today(just to make up my forecast)....Won't make a scrap of difference though, as I see them finish on 52pts and relegated. My forcast was a pessimistic 7 pts S****horpe (H) 3pts Sheff Utd (A) 0 pts Colchester (H) 3pts Barnsley (A) 0pt Sheff W (H) 1pt Stoke (A) 0pts As we have done even worse than that! I confidently predicting relegation is now pretty much a certainty. We have averaged very slightly more than 1 point per game for the past 30 games or so under RatBoy "Holloway" and I don't see that changing now. He should of gone after the Hull City game. And as I have been saying ad nauseam!!!!..... RatBoy's pathetic 1 point per game.. ((WILL)) get us relegated.... Funny how the real time we needed to change MM ........................ DIDN'T
FleckneyFox Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Good ins plenty to play for 2-0 for me today dont be to positive it will just make defeat more painful, for the last few weeks ive refused to predict anything
Lets Be having You Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 I think City will win today....Won't make a scrap of difference though, as I see them finish on 52pts and relegated. fooking doom merchant
Thracian Posted 19 April 2008 Posted 19 April 2008 Exactly as expected and that together with the subs bench suggest he doesn't think there's anything wrong with what we've been doing so far and have simply been unlucky. We'll see. Even if we escape now I think the problems have been obvious but there is nothing in our chosen line-up to suggest he learns from his mistakes, despite his rallying remarks to the fans. By my way of calculating these things we're at least one goalscorer short by any standards and two away from what I'd want. We still ought to beat a tired Barnsley side but I'll believe it when I see it.
