lookwhaticando Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 Nerve-racking - I'll be on taking one of those with me. What? A big bald bloke?
AoWW Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 What? A big bald bloke? No, a George Michael lookalike. Doh!
congletonstoke Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 Is this true ???? This has just been posted on our MB don't know if there is any truth in it, do you hve any idea ??
Thracian Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 Is this true ????This has just been posted on our MB don't know if there is any truth in it, do you hve any idea ?? I think your people were wrong for not giving us a decent ticket allocation - the match is just as important to us as to you and plod's attitude stinks especially the idea of having a buffer zone and therefore reducing the ground capacity. If we lose I can't imagine, given a fair and well refereed game, that anyone will especially blame Stoke should we be relegated. Most, I think, will just be miserable to the point of numbness and only too keen to get home. But for fans not to be able to support their side on such an important day, while typical of the dictatorial authoritarian attitudes of today, will, I'm sure, be guaranteed to rile some people. Whether it will anger them enough to make any real impact on law and order I doubt. Many Leicester fans are already part shell-shocked from what's happened this season already.
Samilktray Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 Struggling for confidence over this match. Then again it'd be just like us this season to go and spank them unexpectedly.

I agree about the buffer zone it's a joke. How can Liverpool vs Man Utd (no love lost there) be seperated by a line of stewards and stoke have to be seperated by the english channel ?? We went to newcastle for the fa cup game and we were seperated by the old bill. I was talking to the castle fans. To be fair your ticket office picked your alloaction from the 4 different amounts offered think it was (1,600),( 2,400),(3,600),(4,600) then you kicked up a fuss because your demand outstriped the availible allocation. That's why you were given an extra 400 Your ticket office cocked up mate

If that's the case I'd like to know why?
colbo68 Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 Struggling for confidence over this match. Then again it'd be just like us this season to go and spank them unexpectedly. after last weekend's debacle I will be genuinely shocked if we get anything against Stoke - all the Holloway fans and 'keep the faith' merchants should be taking a long, hard look at themselves with embarassment - the only hope, for me, tomorrow is for Holloway to do the decent thing and to drop the big plank (Howard) and then to resign straight after the game, win or lose. Stay up or not, we must rid ourselves of the journeymen and give the youth a chance next season. Most of us could see that the style and standard of football we were playing under Holloway even after only a few games was not gonna be good enough, its just a shame that he has had so long Of course, as a City fan of many years I hope we stay up, but this season, and particuarly under Holloway has been a complete waste of time and money. That said, I'll be glued to the box tomorrow and hoping for the best

Rich Fox Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 Booooooooooo Hull are crap Hull's game means nothing to us, we don't care about you, It's all about LCFC staying up, if Stoke can go up in the mean time all well and good You silly child. Hull are a much better team than us, we have no one anywhere as good as frazier campbell, if hull are winning at half time maybe it would put added pressure on stoke and this would help us.
Kilworthfox Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 Is this true ????This has just been posted on our MB don't know if there is any truth in it, do you hve any idea ?? We have our fair share of"lads" who are game for a fight. However the 2000 fans who have tickets are priority 1 in general and that means they have actually been to many away games this year 13+ so I doubt that many old baby squad faces will be there unless they kickoff early doors elsewhere with N40's. Either way I doubt there will be trouble either tears or triumph or both?
Koke Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 I'm so nervous it's not even funny - Two weeks ago I didn't have a single grey hair, but now I look like the black Fabrizio Ravanelli. Tomorrow I'll smoke myself into submission, just to calm myself for 90 minutes at the Britannia. I've already ordered the strongest shit from my local dealer.

KC Tigress Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 Come On You Foxes!!!!KC Tigress from Hull here, you know we have the mother of all matches ahead of us on Sunday with Ipswich, and our promotion hopes also rest with you beating Stoke. So no more negative feeling on this forum.....get your flags out, get your singing voices ready and cheer the Blues on! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Best of luck, KC Tigress Booooooooooo Hull are crap Hull's game means nothing to us, we don't care about you, It's all about LCFC staying up, if Stoke can go up in the mean time all well and good You silly child. Thank you Rich Fox. Yes, we are a better team than you. Just look at the league table KilworthFox! My post wasn't intended to smack of desperation either. Yes it's true, we need you to beat Stoke to secure automatic promotion..... but a trip to Wembley for the play-off final would be fantastic too. My post was sincerely to wish you well. Relegation is a sad fact of football, and in Hull's history, we've been there! I must add that I don't think I have ever read such purely negative comments from "fans" on any forum. You sound like League 1 is a certainty!! Remember the West Brom v Southampton match the other night? Southampton played their hearts out and managed to not only score the first goal, but prevented West Brom from scoring until almost full time!! The Underdog always has their day. You sound like you have given up all hope of beating Stoke tomorrow afternoon. It's going to be tough, but no means impossible! I sincerely hope that your players don't adopt the same attitude on the pitch tomorrow, or I will be punching Wembley's postcode into my SatNav, and you will be playing the likes of Tranmere and Leyton Orient come August!!
Finchy Posted 3 May 2008 Posted 3 May 2008 I must add that I don't think I have ever read such purely negative comments from "fans" on any forum. You sound like League 1 is a certainty!! You clearly didn't see the Leicester Hull game then, because if you did you would know why we're expecting and accepting relegation. I sincerely hope that your players don't adopt the same attitude on the pitch tomorrow, or I will be punching Wembley's postcode into my SatNav, and you will be playing the likes of Tranmere and Leyton Orient come August!! What makes you so sure you're gonna get to Wembley, i can see a Palace, Bristol final personally

ibbosuk Posted 4 May 2008 Posted 4 May 2008 Our players gave up at 3:45pm last Saturday. So you think this SHOWER OF SHITE of had some BELIEF....
