lildave3 Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 Actually, I could go away the day after. Sounds intriguing.
ekins11 Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 Kettering for me live like 2mins away from it, shall sit with my mates or in the away end though
SamL Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 Kettering away seems good for me. I may even venture out to Tamworth.
Floating Fox Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 Kettering away seems good for me. I may even venture out to Tamworth. Not Quorn? That will be quality. They have a stand behind the goal now as well.
SamL Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 Not Quorn? That will be quality. They have a stand behind the goal now as well. If the kick off for Quorn is 7.45pm, I doubt I could get home. Last day of college for me I think.
The Stig Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 Think I'll go to the Quorn game, 10 minutes from me. Also who wants to complete the pattern for me Pre Season Friendlies: Athletic de bilbao Barcelona Celtic Portsmouth ? Watford, Blackpool maybe?

Corky Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 Why can't the team go on a tour of East Anglia, to places like Dereham Town or Lowestoft Town? It would be easy for me.
Thracian Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 This isn't going to go away is it? This really is what lies ahead. We've become a laughing stock.
iancognito Posted 8 May 2008 Posted 8 May 2008 This isn't going to go away is it? This really is what lies ahead. We've become a laughing stock. Nope. Yep and Yep. Quorn will be good but they really should be looking at getting Derby or Forest down here to give us a chance of keeping some local pride and making up for the piss-poor derbies we'll get next year.
Daggers Posted 9 May 2008 Posted 9 May 2008 This isn't going to go away is it? This really is what lies ahead. We've become a laughing stock. This season - Hinkley and Cheltenham anyone?
The People's Hero Posted 9 May 2008 Posted 9 May 2008 Maidstone away would be the thinking man's decision. Could then go on to play Ashford/Dartford/Tonbridge Angels etc etc.
Dom_Harborough Fox Posted 11 May 2008 Posted 11 May 2008 should get to most of those! and for those of you awaiting the announcemnet of this year's glamour friendly........its already been announced! Quorn it is!!
Stevosevic Posted 11 May 2008 Posted 11 May 2008 Maidstone away would be the thinking man's decision. Could then go on to play Ashford/Dartford/Tonbridge Angels etc etc. Oh yes, Tonbridge Angels, they were once my local side for two years.
Tommeh Posted 11 May 2008 Posted 11 May 2008 Can't wait for Quorn, it best be worth all the hype people have given based on last year. Literally across the road for me. Got a new stand behind the goal so should be great atmosphere.
happyhippy Posted 11 May 2008 Posted 11 May 2008 Ahh I was hoping for AC Milan at the Walkers on the hope they were doing a UK Tour. Last season Sheffield FC got Inter and Ajax, and the Blades got bloody Forest and Stocksbridge Park Steels. Oh, and Barny took us to Ireland for a drink I kid you not ......
Leicester Rule! Posted 12 May 2008 Posted 12 May 2008 Would love to play some Irish sides away ...... Few days in Dublin or Belfast.
