Stevosevic Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 Steve Thompsons to level against Swindon at Wembley 2-2 It was such a proud moment you forgot it was 3-3.
Monk Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 Matt Elliott's goal in 97 vs Sheff Wed's that meant we were mathematically safe. Watching Walshie hold the Coca Cola cup aloft Leicester 3 Spurs 1 September 1994, David Lowe, top corner.

Ah, our first ever Premiership victory. I was only 10, and dared to believe after that performance that we could stay up. Was that goal not also voted BBC Goal of the Month?
Fox You Forest Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 Away from the League Cup wins and Play-Off final wins, Watching Leicester playing Red Star at Filbert Street.
Corky Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 Winning the 1996 play-off final Taking the lead in Madrid Beating Leeds 3-1 in 2000/2001 Winning promotion in 2002/2003 Signing Roberto Mancini
Tevez Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 Red Star when Taggart scored. Beating Man U in their own back yard. The season were we started with Man Utd away 98/99 season I think.
Malinki Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 Just one for me, City sitting top of the Premiership after about 8 games whilst Derby were rooted to bottom spot. What happened after that may have been sh*t but for that week I was definately on cloud nine
robbieLOVESthealmightylcfc Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 sorry if its been done!other than the trophy wins and promotions can u think of your proudest moment of being a leicester fan from the past ten year i.e. mine are barnsley away this season o'neil choosing to stay almost beating aresnal when the went unbeaten (when dickov scored) beating spurs on my first game with izzet scoring last game at filbert street mine whould definatly be my first game: beat milwall 4-1, ripped the pis out of dennis wise, got out of dedt! could it get any better?
Sparky Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 Thommos equaliser at Wembley were stuff dreams were made of
Fez of Mahrez Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 One moment stands out for me far more than any other. It's easy to be proud of a winning team but I'll never forget the immense sense of pride that rushed through me when Agbonlahor scored that goal for Villa at the Walkers the season before the one just finished. I think it's partly because our players were understandably knackered and I didn't think we'd beat them in extra time anyway so wasn't that fussed to have conceded. The performances of Stearman, Wesolowski and Johansson in particular that night were incredible. That was before Milan's millions (hindsight is a wonderful thing) and we didn't have two pence to rub together really, bringing in free transfers from League Two and over-the-hill midfield journeymen and trying to make a team of them. To push a Premiership side that close was an incredible feeling. Chelsea probably topped that in terms of the personnel we had out and how close we were to beating them at Stamford Bridge I suppose - and we went one better and actually beat Villa away this year - but there was just something about that Villa home game that made me even prouder than I was after either of those games. I think it was Stearman and Wesolowski really. Stearman had never really played central midfield before and looked assured and committed. Weso was returning to the team after injury and had his best-ever game in a Leicester shirt.

Fox You Forest Posted 19 May 2008 Posted 19 May 2008 11) Beating Leeds 4-0 in front of the Sky cameras, September 2003. I went to that with a friend from work who is a Leeds fan what topped it all off was the fact he said "never ask me to come again" at the end

CKB Posted 20 May 2008 Posted 20 May 2008 I thought it was more along the lines of:"This could be...the winner from Claridge...it is!!!" Best. Day. Ever. Ahhh i still get goosebumps now! that's probably my proudest moment, but soooo many good moments and now league 1!
Foxhateram Posted 20 May 2008 Posted 20 May 2008 Ahhh i still get goosebumps now! that's probably my proudest moment, but soooo many good moments and now league 1! With some bloody good moments to come When we finally ship out the shit and build a team around players that actually care for this club! rahter then bringing it the money grabbers time after time after time. League one is what we need to wake this football club up anyway Proudest moments have to be the O'neill days The worthington cup win in 1997 Winning the cup in 2000 Being top of the prem after 8 games Preston last year when Nils scored Next year when we go striaght back up, mopping league 1 up!

Tommeh Posted 20 May 2008 Posted 20 May 2008 Recent: Nil's winner at Preston was unbelievable, as was Clemence's at forest. Then the whole Chelsea night as an experience, so close to beating the potential champions of Europe with almost 7 right backs on the pitch! And the singing and sheer volume out of the ground from 6000 right down the Kings road. Amazing. Past: Cottee's winner at Man Utd in '98, went with a Man U supporting mate, his 1st United game hahahahahahahaha!! Will live with me forever.

SystonFox Posted 21 May 2008 Posted 21 May 2008 steve claridges shin the cup win in 2000 beating forest away was great this season but what made it prouder for me is hearing the next day on the radio one news the whole world appreciating our sporting gesture... and we still dicked them! chelsea this season was great too we sang from start to finish and potentially earnt our club those 3 goals, shame we didn't win and shame we didn't ever produce atmosphere like that at home this season.
cecchini Posted 22 May 2008 Posted 22 May 2008 Chelsea, Chelsea and letme think....Chelsea. - this year. previous seasons: Driving like an absolute Tw4t from lux to Charlton to see us win and then getting wrecked in Leicester celebrating Leeds 4-0 Arse 3 3 Watching us beat Liverpool 2 0 in a bar in Kiev with a load of russians
