Celtic Club in Melbourne was packed out at 4:30am. Strachan is being hailed as the second best manager since Jock Stein - 3 in a row (only Jock did this) and Champions League final 16 two years in a row. Hail hail.

Politics is different though, and also plays a big role in the Rangers/Celtic debate...I'm sure someone with a better education can fill you in better.
