People referring to Manchester United as United. There are many many many more teams who use the name United. Sure they're the biggest and most well known, but that doesn't give them a monopoly on the name.

And even worse when Man City are referred to as 'City', that hurts because it's closer to home.

Could have been his mate, his brother, his son in the ambulance and maybe he was just following them to the hospital.

Probably not as it was a white van, and if not hope he gets done for it.

The ambulance was heading away from the direction of the hospital.

Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning - "Scenario 6 - loss of all central sites in the city area due to major security incident e.g. Terroist detonate 'dirty bomb' in downtown city centre" Who the f**ck in this or any other company is gonna give sh*t about keeping the business going if they are anywhere near a dirty bomb detonation? We may all die in the mad rush to escape the fall out but fecked if I am hanging about to switch my telephone to 'night service'.

Ok it provides a service to those who otherwise can't afford it.

Pretty special IMO.

You wanna use it.

I'll rather take my chances at the vets from what I've come across in it.

I'd rather it be paid for through taxes than be loaded with a massive bill if and when I was unlucky enough to get ill or injured...when that happens the last thing you want to be worrying about is how much your treatment will cost.

Healthcare and being cared for when sick or injured shouldn't be a luxury that has to be paid for. I think the NHS does a pretty decent job.

Just ironic it came up while I was scrolling through Twitter. What was the point of you asking?

Do you think Bada Bing would be in a private care here? He certainly would wouldn't he? Tony would be begging to leave had he been dumped here.

Well the point of asking was to ask you why you thought it was relevant. You clearly don't understand the meaning of irony.

Why ask me if I think a fictional character might care less for the NHS? How does this actually follow on from care that might be good or otherwise on the NHS?

Private healthcare should be available to those who can afford it.

But there should also be free-at-point-of-service, reasonable standard healthcare to those who can't.

Hang on...isn't this exactly the case in this country already?

As I've said before, money doesn't mean much when you're dead, and you shouldn't have to put a price on saving a life or stopping suffering.

Co-incidence I meant, I apologise it's been a long day.

To be honest given your reaction to what I put I was surprised you didn't ask 21st Century what the point was of him putting that fictional video up.

Wonder if you would have had it been me....... :D

You responded directly to me regarding the clip, and asked me a question, if you were asking someone else you should have quoted them. I merely found it a nonsensical question in the first place and would have indicated so to anyone who had responded to with that question.

Sorry I wasn't directly talking to you, on the phone so the multi quote feature doesn't work and I couldn't arsed to post twice.

For every one bad experience 10,000 other people are having some of the best care found in the world. But we never hear about that.

tbf.....most of the time the people i deal with in the NHS are pretty decent...but then you come across a few...who frankly dont give 2 hoots.

Also alot of people who deal with the NHS...dont have to use them that regular(I do) then most people dont see the faults.

when you order something and find it goes down within a week or some. Annoying. lol

Considering there are approx 1.7 million people employed in the NHS there's going to be a high number, yet low percentage who are less than eager about their jobs, like in any industry/ or large organisation. The number always seems a lot considering the scale.

Yeah I had one of those yesterday. I like to string them along for a while to see if I can get them to hang up before I do.
