One or two but my knuckles are starting to get sore Had a young fella at work who's mum wanted him to go back home to mumbai cos the violence.(Media Beat up) so he got me to speak to his mum on the phone to show how nice we are........she probly heard my voice and booked him a ticket straight away.

Just got back from Zante and it was the best week of my life. 7 nights on the piss up with my mates, cant really get much better. Booze Cruise, hireing our own speedboat, getting in past 7 in the morning every night and seeing some absolute filthy talent out there made it unfogettable.

Really fancy seeing Chimps in the wild and some of the less traversed national parks and tribes. I'm not totally sure yet, need to read up on it all to decide a route... but the flight is booked... and it conveniently means I start taking Malaria medication the day after the Windsor half.

Going to go to Valencia and down to Tarifa for some windsurfing. Bar that, it is quite open really! I pray every night to the Spanish Weather God for 3 weeks of sunshine.

I plan to split my time between actually exploring the country, sights and culture. And the other half lying on a beach reading whilst slowly getting off my tits on San Miguel.
