Bad Dream

Recommended Posts

I just had a dream that me mum died. It was horrible. Normally i can wake myself up and sometimes even control my own dreams but this time it felt so real i thought that it was happening in real life. So i didn't wake up and had to go through the hole dream.

I was so relieved to find it wasn't real when i woke up..

..Has anyone else had a realy bad or weird dream that they can remember?

I do that all the time.

I used to have recurring dream from the ages of about 8-15 that I was outside the front of my house when this evil music started playing, shortly followed by the arrival of these tank/jeep things where loads of guys in gas masks and orange jump suits jumped out and started searching for people to kill.

That was horrible.

Not long ago I had a dream that LCFC got relegated on the last day of th....Oh.

Wasn't that the time we played Coventry at home and the stadium caught fire? :giggle:

I had a dream that our home game V Scunny erupted into violence and 15 000 people were killed. I was pleased to see when I went to the game the following day it didn't happen.

I don't know why this happens, as I find the bloke smarmy and repulsive, but over the years I have had dreams where Mr Lisa is Robbie Williams, masquerading with my other half's name. Last night, my demented sub-conscious went further, and I was actually going out with Robbie Williams.

Will somebody please shoot me?

I once dreamt I was eaten by a shark. Normally I'm so laid back I'm practically horizontal, but this scared the living daylights out of me.

I once had a nightmare and bolted up in bed and hit my head on the ceiling (low ceiling) and it hurt. A lot.

:crylaugh:

Exactly how low is this ceiling?!?!

Mine vary. And I don't normally remember any, although the ones I do remember would never really happen in real life.

I remember last nights though....I was in my room with this girl. This....nice girl.

Not had any for a long time..

When i was younger though i used to live right next to Bardon quarry and my most enjoyable hobby was jumping about on the gravel pits, I used to have regular dreams about jumping off them but the jump would never end until it woke me of course.

From a young age until i was about 15, every now and again i kept having a dream where i'd fall off a massive cliff on a bike :S I used to wake up suddenly just before i hit the ground in the dreams, scary sh*t that was. I still think it's the way i'm gonna die lol

Nearly at the end of every dream I have, I always finish where I fall off something, and when I wake I sort of bounce as if I have just been dropped onto the bed (from a very low height obviously).

My dreams normally end up with me finding a really nice girl, not one of those porn star girls. Just an nice wholesome girl who will go to the footy with me out to dinner etc. Pity its only a dream

What a way to describe a girl, it's like she's a food!

I used to have this nightmare when I was like 8/9 that, I went into my local village to buy football stickers and I stopped on a bench to open them but then suddenly everything went dark, people were screaming and running away and then...

Darth Maul from Star Wars

comes along and then it just stops... I had that same dream over and over again!

I struggle to remember my dreams most of the time for some reason, I know that I had a good or a bad dream but I can never remember what actually happends in any detail.

I'm very rarely conscious of having any dreams and cannot remember the last one.

In fact my sleep is hardly ever disturbed in any way.

If I'm at all restless or have something on my mind I follow a tip I read years ago in lying flat on my back and completely blanking my mind. I'm asleep almost immediately.

It is something I do if I'm driving overnight sometimes. I pull off the road, consciously blank my mind and sleep for a period that I tell myself beforehand, like 15 minutes.

I wake on the dot and carry on feeling completely refreshed.

This potentially life-saving tip was brought to you by... :D
