His history on the OS looks fine, maybe he just wasn't given a good enough chance? :dunno:

Who?

Luigi Glombard.

Luigi Glombard.

I was trying to be sarcastic re Sergio. I did see the Glombard sub appearance but Sergio's anonyminity has dazzled be senseless.

I wish u well Sergio,

How ever poor players are it is always sad to see things not turn out,

players come and go thats football but when your club signs a player whoever they are (know or not) you want to see it work out for the best.

Sadly this one did'nt and maybe some of the players we have signed this pre season also might not work out only time will tell.

you have to expect that 1 or 2 players out of 5 or 6 signings are not gonna turn out, only last season it was prity much all sigings.

Lets be positive and get behind them all what ever our indervidul opinion is.

Well said that. Never got a real look in except being judged for a Pre Season friendly.

I'll be following his career, I hope he does well.

Let him see what he can do, I thought he was alright against Notts County and Quorn. Yes they might be lower teams but I think League Two is where his trade is suited.

Also mate, you've killed this thread off. Well done. ;)

Leicester City beat a host of high-profile European clubs to the signature of former Ajax and Anderlecht midfielder Sergio Hellings on Tuesday, June 19 2007.

So, I wonder which high-profile European club is going to benefit from our loss?

Leicester City would like to place on record their thanks to Sergio for agreeing not to see out the remainder of his contract and wish him all the best for the future.

Good luck to the bloke. Brought over by a scout/manager who only lasted a few weeks and then obviously not wanted by any subsequent management team.

I never heard anything to sugest he didn't try it is just a shame it didn't work out for him.

Well done for your comments, i echo them 100%

Football is a tuff business and not everyone works out.

nothing ventured nothing gained.

not all players are gonna work out and this one did'nt for sure but there is some very immature people on this site that dont see this and make mindless comments about a player they have never seen play.

All the best Hellings and may you get a better chance at ur next club
