leicesterseddon Posted 5 August 2008 Posted 5 August 2008 With Leeds away I'd certainly hope us to ge tthe highest in the division although Huddersfield will easily be in the 20's. About 24,000 should do it why? their highest attendance last season was 16k odd against leeds...and their opening game is against stockport unless you're being sarky in which case I apologise
NewquayFox Posted 5 August 2008 Posted 5 August 2008 When I win the £100 I am going to buy a couple of boxes of Marathons,a box of Aztec`s,a new Chopper bike, treat my Brother to the Odeon Cinema and buy a Snooker Cue and a Cricket Box from Sports on Belvoir Street as I havn`t been allowed out of my room for years, yippee i am so happy now I cant wait. ;0)
Floating Fox Posted 5 August 2008 Posted 5 August 2008 why? their highest attendance last season was 16k odd against leeds...and their opening game is against stockport unless you're being sarky in which case I apologise They've sold over 16000 season tickets at 100 quid a pop.
Alexikokopops Posted 5 August 2008 Posted 5 August 2008 28,582Should imagine a lot will turn out for the first game of the season... need to see some live football after these long and dreary months. That's quite ambitious, we had a couple of thousand less than that for the first game last year.
Tommeh Posted 5 August 2008 Posted 5 August 2008 why? their highest attendance last season was 16k odd against leeds...and their opening game is against stockport unless you're being sarky in which case I apologise No I am serious. They've sold waaaaaayyyy more season tickets than us, around 20k infact, due to their season tickets being reduced to £100 for their centenery or something. We will have to get quite a few "bumper crowds" to stay in the top 2 in attendances this season.
iancognito Posted 5 August 2008 Posted 5 August 2008 24,476 People will come from miles to see a youthful, positive attacking team and the hope that the game goes like pre-season and ends 6-5 to us.
Scow Posted 5 August 2008 Posted 5 August 2008 23,197. 44,500 if the East Stand is developed in time.
