Alexikokopops Posted 24 February 2009 Posted 24 February 2009 Mums side of my family is from leeds. Hence got it from my grandad. My family moved to ashby when I was 7. Ah yes. the crazy bond, i'm now a man utd fan, this is fact: my uncles family moved from leicester to birmingham for a while in the mid 70's, they all lived happily there and whilst he was there he got engaged to a lass who was originally from manchester. Now this manchester bird moved to liverpool at a young age, however, her cousin's boyfriend's brother was a barnsley fan, he really didn't like leeds as his mam was from there so he supported YANITED. like me. I've never been to a YANITED game but i'm 100% biggest fan LOLLOL That's no different to my reasons for supporting Leicester, it's not that ridiculous
Corky Posted 24 February 2009 Posted 24 February 2009 That's no different to my reasons for supporting Leicester, it's not that ridiculous Mine too.
Lillehamring Posted 24 February 2009 Posted 24 February 2009 Hereford aren't going to be a pushover towards the end of the season. They've beaten Oldham 5-0 and Leeds 2-0 at home in the space of a month (and a day, for those pedantics ) um, i think you'll find it's 'pedants'
MC Prussian Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 More than a week and no new entry! I'm still hoping for Oldham to win it tonight...
MC Prussian Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 A bore draw. Leeds now past Millwall, but with two games in hand.
Joe. Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 A bore draw. Leeds now past Millwall, but with two games in hand. Best result for us that really. Leeds will still go up in my opinion, I've said it for a while now.
lildave3 Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 Windass looked embarrassed to be in that shirt, can't blame him
JakeShingler Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 Windass looked embarrassed to be in that shirt, can't blame him I would. But it was for chariaty i suppose.
maddog Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 Leeds hadn't drawn a game since Boxing day until tonight Perfect result for us just incase we go on a 10 game losing streak. Not that it matters, they will not be catching us
Fez of Mahrez Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 Windass looked embarrassed to be in that shirt, can't blame him Lee Hughes actually, genuinely, literally looked like a 6-foot penis.
lildave3 Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 Lee Hughes actually, genuinely, literally looked like a 6-foot penis. Well he often makes himself look a prick.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 Well he often makes himself look a prick. I set 'em up, you knock 'em down. Might come back for a unique Kop experience tomorrow night.
lildave3 Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 I set 'em up, you knock 'em down.Might come back for a unique Kop experience tomorrow night. Correct decision. Always good for a laugh.
BoneDog Posted 2 March 2009 Posted 2 March 2009 I'm gutted Leeds got a point. I still reckon MK Dons will do 'em in the play-offs though
MC Prussian Posted 7 March 2009 Posted 7 March 2009 About to win against Bristol, then comes the 90th minute... And Kuffour scores for Brizzle... This result kicks them out of the playoff places once more, with Sc'unthorpe still having a game in hand... And WACCOE's favourite word makes its round once more. ****. Isnt it just another splendid Saturday afternoon?

Matt Posted 7 March 2009 Posted 7 March 2009 Love it. Not sure what I want Promotion v Peterborough or Promotion v Leeds? I think there is an away game in between Peterborough away and Leeds at home? And with last Tuesday's draw i'm not even sure if promotion v Peterborough is even possible now, i've not worked it out It'd be nice to do it v Peterborough on the terrace, with a great (hopefully) atmosphere, against a our local rivals, who are in the play-off spots. But it'd be nice to do it a home v Leeds, which I believe deep down will be the game, and I have had it marked down as our promotion day for quite a bit of the season, Nice pitch invasion (Although it's been planned in the past a few times and its never happened), against what many (Including me) classed as our main rivals for top spot, against many Leeds fans in denial, and to fook the out off the play-off spots.
MC Prussian Posted 10 March 2009 Posted 10 March 2009 I can't right now. Beckford. Beckford. Beckford.
eye666 Posted 11 March 2009 Posted 11 March 2009 I can't right now.Beckford. Beckford. Beckford. Can still have a giggle at Becchio. Grabs the ball like a cock and then hoofs it over. Worst penalty miss... ever. Perhaps not but still chuffing awful.
Ultra Posted 11 March 2009 Posted 11 March 2009 Love it.Not sure what I want Promotion v Peterborough or Promotion v Leeds? I think there is an away game in between Peterborough away and Leeds at home? There is - Hereford on 11 April. We also have a home game against Carlisle the week before.
Corky Posted 11 March 2009 Posted 11 March 2009 4-0 win over Yeovil, we only beat them 1-0 at home. I thought teams tried harder against Leeds?
