Edmund Posted 21 June 2009 Posted 21 June 2009 Well tbh, I have a feeling it's hard to attract good players to St Pauli Im not exactly some sad **** who knows the German Second Division perfectly and who to sign, no offence mate. Its St Pauli not Tottenham. No offence taken You can do as you please but I thought the game was about looking for players using your scouts etc. I just can't see the fun in getting people to tell me what players to buy. You don't have to be a sad cunt as you so nicely put it to be able to find players for your squad or im guessing everyone who plays the game is a sad cunt. Anyway it's only a game do as you please
morris1234 Posted 21 June 2009 Posted 21 June 2009 isnt it annoying when teams go and sign regens that are absolute beasts (on a bloody free aswell) and you dont know anything about it for ages! my youth team is doing amazingly well and am doing an arsenal in the cups with them but they all have decent stats with the potential to be amazing not already beast-like. zaragoza signed some belgian striker whos got 20 on finishing, heading,composure,bravery, flair, work rate, teamwork, pace, strength and passing! hes only 20 and has scored 11 goals in 6 games for them and scored 6 goals in 2 for belgium! still only valued at around 8 mill but still too steep for southampton, unless i sell surman or akpala! which i dont want to!

No idea if he'll be on it just want to check what he looks like. He's worth 1.5m at 15 on my game in the first season and my scouts say he could become a leading Premiership midfielder.

samlcfc Posted 22 June 2009 Posted 22 June 2009 doing well in my 3rd season with man city played 14 league games - won 13 and drew 1 played about 5 champions league group games and won them all won all my domestic cup games so far aswell hope the run continues for many more matches

We both had to finish at least top half, which I thought wouldn't be a big problem, until I noticed my squad! Quite frankly, their squad was lower Championship quality, and they expect me to finish top half in the Bundesliga? And get this, the transfer budget I got was £0... Oh well, I'm on a lucky roll lying 5th after six games after extremely lucky wins against Leverkusen away and Schalke home. Even managed to somehow come away with an honourable 3-2 defeat away to Bayren. And this has been achieved by playing a midfield of Krivets, Gravesen, Morton and Mascio, with a very raw Lewandowski up front Just waiting for the bubble to burst now...

However the chairman kept faith and we improved to a safe 18th after christmas, but while this happened the club got took over. And then the new chairman sacked me. Currently looking for a new job but literally no-one wants me. The only link to another job I've had is to the job at Scottish 3rd division Berwick. Not amused. <_<
