It's already been three days since the sign-up phase ended. :mellow:

I'm not going to speed it up, no matter how much you kick and scream... I WILL run this as according to the rules at the start as I think that is the best way... just think of it like this; this competition hasn't started and won't until October 11th so forget about it until then... that way you aren't moaning about it and it will start on time. :)

Here's what will happen this year:

3. On Saturday 4th October 2008, the 12 finalists and their groups will be announced leaving 1 week for them to find their song to put forward for the finals which will start on the 11th October 2008.

C'mon people - it really isn't that tricky to grasp. :rolleyes::P

This coming Satdee Filbo will say who the 12 'contestants' are who've got through. He'll also say who has which mentors. The contestants then have a week to decide on and submit their first song. (Dunno yet whether there's gonna be any kind of theme for the first week - tis up to Filbo.)

Who has which mentor is drawn out of a hat. To be honest, it really doesn't make a whole load of difference which mentor someone has. 'cept I'm the bestest one, of course. :teehee:

Basically Filbo is Walsh, AoWW is Minogue and I am Cowell. Which means I am in charge, and also the best mentor.
