You need a ST in the cheap seats (between the kop and the West Stand)

I need some money first!!! :P Seriously though, I can't really commit to going every home match, my boy is alot more interested, if he gets really involved and wants to go, then maybe next season!!

No. People who are season-ticket holders probably booed. It doesn't matter how much it costs to get in, if it was free or cost £50 people will boo.

I Booed at half time.

Bloody first time i had a cheese and potatoish shitty pie and it was crap.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bloody pie!

I think you should tell Peter Jones this. The club seem to be aiming the Wankday experience at kids, and they can't even get it right!

The kids are bored, because it boring Shite on the pitch, and boring shite off the pitch!

I was in the West stand on Saturday as I got cheapo tickets through my younger brother's football club. The kids were bored because the majority weren't City fans. There was even a young lad a couple of rows behind me in a Man U coat for fcuks sake. I should think that me, my mum, my dad and brother were probably the only genuine City fans to take tickets from that club's allocation. There were parents there who had taken their 'big four' supporting glory hunting son of a bitch kids to the game who had blatantly no interest in the football and were chatting away about cheese and wine and little Felicity's piano recital like it was a fcuking dinner party.

I can even see my younger brother getting bored of the 'experience' at home games, and yet when I took him to his first away match against Colchester at Layer Road last year, he absolutely loved it. He'd never stood at football before or felt what it was like to be in a proper atmosphere until then. It's clear that something is going very wrong with regards to the club getting kids interested.

On the bright side, at least we didn't have to endure Chelshit Dagwank this week...

Sadly, I think you're right.

I saw two Man Utd coats worn by young kids. It's a joke, we are Leicester City, you don't turn up wearing another team's shirt, whatever age you are.

I think it's great the club are trying to get the kids in, but they are trying too hard on the family side and are ignoring other groups.

Very true. Its a serious problem the club are failing to see when aiming at the younger fans.

When I went to watch a match in Belguim, the kids were all on the small terrace and stood at the front of their small ultras group and waved the flags whilst the older kids were at the back with the drums. They were even given their own clubhouse within the stadium.

I fail to see the attraction to the games for a kid these days. Its no wonder we used to go with about 15 mates, and I was seriously looking like going on my own to the last game. Bad times. :nono:

I think Chelsea Dagger could be a problem in the future. The kids may like it now, but they'll grow out of it and may be put off by having music cut into their celebrations.

I'll always try my best to go every week, because I love football and this club, but I can see why some fans may stop going. The club tries but it's not always directed in the right way.

Run by Morons, Supported by Morons.

I don't love us anymore thats for sure.

I don't think all of our supporters are morons, it's just most are still stuck in the O'Neill era.

I agree with the first bit though.

Not of all them at all, just the majority. Matchdays are no longer fun! I remember the 4-1 win last year, one of the better days down at the way apparently. I hated it, possibly one of my worst footballing experiences, simply because of the idiots I had to sit near, and this was without the so called "boo boys".

Why's that Daggs?

The way football is run, the way the club is run, the way the players don't bleed for the team as in days gone by, the death of atmosphere, sanitised identikit stadia, cost, morons in the stands...you'd never believe I was a half-full kinda guy :D

I agree with you, having one guy in Mandaric running everything i don't think is good for the club, he may have saved us from going bust (i suppose i should be thankful) but i would rather have someone who is passionate about the club and not a 'business man' running the club. I think Pearson is great and is doing a great job and is the right man for the job but at the 'meeting the manager' evening i felt he didn't really answer any of the questions asked and he lacked personalilty, Steve Walsh seemed to know what was going on tho.

I understand why fans can't watch the players train, due to security reasons, and i never went to watch them train but i feel sorry for the fans who did used to go, i think something should be done about it, and not just training sessions at the Walkers which was what was discussed at the meeting. They make out they care about the fans, but by doing that it feels like they don't really care. They could let season ticket holders sign in, even if its just allowed once a week and only afew fans at once maybe

In the past we have had managers with personality (even Holloway had personality and was a character, its ashame he wasn't very good)) and players who are great characters. It seems too business like, and the fans on Saturday who were booing, i really don't know what to say. Bring on Brighton tomorrow, i can't wait i always feel better at away games. The players don't seem to bust a gut anymore like they used to, maybe this is due to our longest serving players only being with the club for afew years in Hendo, Fryatt and Kisnorbo ( i think).

Yep it is shite, been shite for a while. Weve had, our chance to make it better, N Block. The amount of people complaining about the atmposhere should have all moved for the games it was there. Too many contridicing idiots didn't bother and just carried on moaning. If it had been succesful the 'Kop' would have been switched by popular demand!

The Club has had its chance to make it better, decline in attendances/season tickets making it easy to create singing sections. Great opportunity wasted in my opinion.

People are thick I hate to say it, if the club starting calling L/K block the Kop people would move there.

From a personal side Ive given up with Home games I will go to watch the game join in when I can but I try not to beat myself up about it. I Knew this season would be shit for home games, bar a few its going to be wank. I concentrate on aways, if new intiatives are set up to improve the atmosphere I will go and show my support.

Its the best when you see people you know in the ticket office before the game ;)

If I'm honest, I only ever get excited about away days now. The incentive is there, you can be a fan on away days and have license to behave as such, it's not just a case of turning up, sitting down and dancing to Chelshit Dagwank once or twice a game. The whole old school feel of Filbo was what got me hooked on Leicester as a kid, I used to get shivers down my spine when they played the PHG at that place, now that glorious old tune is a parody of its former self because some suit thought it would be 'down with the kids' to add a tacky drumbeat. To have all the excitement that I felt on matchdays slowly eroded away because of corporate gimmicks and lame initiatives during my adolescent years was somewhat disillusioning, especially after the initial excitement and razmatazz of watching City in a new stadium. What away fans must think of us when they come to Filbert Way makes me cringe with embarrassment.

This is not necessarily a good thing, but a number have mentioned to me that they thought the home fans were louder than at the majority of other grounds. I interpret it as "not as bad" as opposed to "better" .

Yes maybe but i remember reading one season when we was in the prem we had the loudest ground in the league.

Now look at it.....

I've went home games for aound 16 years and when we were at Filbert Street i sat in the family enclosure with my dad and uncle and afew times i was in the kop or west stand, but wherever you sat in the ground even the family stand you would hear our fans, and it was something to be proud of. Even songs like 'day dream believer' by the monkees were played before the game and that would get the atmosphere going.

I used to go afew away games but not loads tbh, until last season when the second half of the season i went nearly every away game and the atmosphere was great especially Sheff Utd away with the 'shoes off' even tho we were 3 down. Has the atmosphere at away games always been as good as it was at the away games towards the end of last season and this season or for some reason did the atmosphere at away games improve last season because of the situation we were in as the fans knew they had to get behind the team if we had any chance of surviving?

Yeah, think that's probably the right way to interpret it, we are in the lower league after all which are bound to be quieter. I'm not just talking about fan volume though, just the whole feel of the place that away fans must get. The new PHG, goal music etc. I know I'd be slightly confused and wouldn't leave with a great deal of respect for the club if I was a visiting supporter.

Is it me or do they turn Chelsea Dagger louder and louder each game?

It's ****ing deafening. Or maybe I have sensitive ears.

We have chelsea dagger played after we score. We want less music played so we can create an atmopshere. Although the last two games have been great atmosphere wise, finally.
