Kings just a kiddo FFS learning his trade.

I can understand your frustrations at the likes of Oakley,as he should be a golden nugget at this level of football.

But we shouldnt really be hammering the kids.

If NP had better options(As im sure HE is more knowledgeable as to the potential of his players than we are!) then im sure he'd use them.

It was said on another thread we(perhaps as a nation) are quick to build players up as the next maestros but equally quick to knock em down too.

Chill out...its only fcukng October and we ARE still in the Top 3!!!

can I point out I didn't agree with the booing and didn't boo myself and I'm more than willing to cut King a lot of slack, as I am with all the kiddies, people on here can also testify how much I'm slating Oakley for going missing far too often in games

I was going to start a thread of my own for this rant, but I think I'll stick it in here.

**Rant alert**

I had a free ticket so decided to trot along last night, it was ****ing awfull. Really, really bad.

Our club is a laughing stock. Crap music when we score, everyone dancing around like Bloody salmons. Idiots. Mocked by small time clubs like Walsall and Hartlepool. Its embarrasing to be at the walkers with our pathetic fans.

No-one seemed bothered, they didn't care, and this was in the most "vocal and noisey" section, L1. I couldn't imagine what it was like in the "Kop", I probably would have cried.

I was very disapointed. People booing the team are beyond me. What the sack do they think it's going to do?? They weren't even booing the team for giving the ball away or playing garbage, they were booing because we played keepball in an indirect style.

We are Still right up at the top, and we aren't going to win EVERY game this year, far from it in fact. To be fair, I think we've done well to be so high up. Walsall were also one of the better teams we've played this year, and had a good away record too.

Outsung by Walsall, it embarrased me to see so many people that turned up, didn't get behind their team at all, and then booed. Why 15'000 fans bothered turning up is beyond me. Might as well send in your money to the club and stay at home, wouldn't make a difference.

I've been offered a free ticket on saturday again (Cheers Ched, mate, I do actually apprecite it, really!) but I think I'll be declining it.

And the worse thing?

I can't see it ever getting better either. :nono:

People boo Howard and i for one don't see why.

Last night you could see he was frustrated at himself when he missed chances, even when that header got cleared just from beyond the line, but don't forget he has scored 9 goals so far this season (although 5 were ruled out) so if he would have had them 9 goals, would you be booing at him? Don't think so!!!

Because he has had 5 goals chalked off don't you think his confidence is a knocked back?

And those who expect Howard to run 15-20 yards after the ball, he's not going to, he hasn't got the pace to run after them Howard is a target man who needs balls played INTO him, not away Into him, so he cam bring players into to play.

And like shown on Saturday if you put the ball into the correct area he will get his head to it.

So just lay off Howard, Get behind him instead of booing him.

I like to stand and sing as much as others on here at games but for some people, they actually go to the walkers stadium to watch some football rather than for the atmosphere.

Would have ,should have could have.If i was 2 foot taller and built like a brick shithouse i could have been heavyweight Champion of the World...but im not!!

He aint got 9 goals and thats the point.

Fatty came here to score goals and he just aint fulfilled.

This was the bloke who (along with Oakley!0 was supposed to be our knight in shining armour(although i know he is by no means the only one to blame!0

But i HONESTLY thought he'd bang em in for us.

Believe me,i was Genuienly happy we signed him(especially after talking to a Derby ST holder who was gutted he came here!)

I know im a massive twat for not liking him but thats my opinion and until he bangs goals in galore im sticking to it!!!

Spot on. Anyone who likes goal music is an idiot as far as I'm concerned. The only thing worse than liking goal music is saying you 'don't mind' - how can you not mind when shitty clubs like walsall are taking the piss?

I've given up all hope of getting the situation changed. In fact I'm angry at our own fans because they make things worse by dancing along. Evoryone seems to think that goal music is shit, but come matchday they all seem to be loving it. Why should the club change it when 90% of the stadium are dancing like trained monkeys? What really makes me angry tho is that someone at the club thought it was a good enough idea to inlict upon the fans. We never bloody asked for goal music. And don't try and blame it on Martin Allen - even if he requested CD, we were playing the remixed PHG after goals the season before. Someone at the club thought and still continues to think goal music is a good idea. Fact.

Anyway this has been done to death any in any case there are far more pressing issues than goal music. Yes the atmosphere in the stadium is atrocious, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a mid-week league one game with a good atmosphere. Besides, the club is still getting bigger crowds for mid-week league one games than it was 10 years ago for weekend matches in the prem at filbert street. I guess that just shows how much football has changed.

And the booing was stupid in my opinion, but i still believe that if people pay their money, they can do what they like. I'm usually one of the first to boo a bad performance, but not in the context of coming back twice and after a game less than a quarter into the season.

To be fair, wherever you go in this country, the away support is always miles better than the home support. It's not just Leicester. Old Trafford is a library and most Championship & Premiership home support is just as bad as ours, apart from the odd one. That's just the way it is unfortunately.

I agree with the booing though. Its awful.

It's be discussed to death on here,

But that bloody Chelsea Dagger,

<_<

Makes me not celebrate a goal, even my 9 year old sister who we brought down last night because of a spare ticket said,

'why do they play this stupid music when there is a goal?'

Sums it up really.

I didn't hear too much booing but when there was it was disgusting! Pearson has said before all we need is patience - which is what we were trying to do last night but some fans were just being silly!

Good to hear that. To be honest I don't blame the kids dancing, they are nine/ten whatever, I'm sure if they'd played it when I was a STH at Filbert St at that age I'd have danced along as well, it's the adults I don't get. 40-something men dancing to some god-awful tune that has no place in ANY football ground is just ridiculous and embarrassing.

I am embarrassed that our club is having the urine extracted from it by Walsall and Hartlepool fans (no disrespect to those fans, I admire their loyalty and dedication). As much as we've tried to do, I can't see it changing in the near future.

The thing that really foobes me off, and it really does get on my tits, is the large contingent of fans who turn up seemingly just to boo. When the team are playing well, these twats may applaud a bit, on rare occasions join in with a song, but on the whole look nonchalent.

However, in the case of last night, one sideways pass by a defender on the half-way line warrants a load of abuse and booing apparently  . These cvnts, who refuse to be vocal when things are going well, all of a sudden are shouting their heads off, and we haven't even given the bloody ball away :@ . All they want to do is moan! I'm sorry I fail to understand this way of thinking, but what is the point of paying to come to a game if all you want to do is get pissed of? Stay at home! Do you want the team to win? If so, encourage them to do well, and to keep it up when they are doing well, not get on their backs merely because you don't agree with the decision they made, or if they make a mistake.

There certainly does seem a mentality amongst some Leicester fans that we have a god-given right to success. Wake up call: no we bloody well don't! Success is deserved, as is failure. We are not Man United either. We are not a big club! We are a League 1 club. Now how about supporting the team in an attempt to pull out of League 1 and push on, not moan because we don't win every game.

Rant over for now  .

I'm so glad I couldn't make it because nothing winds me up more than moronic cunts booing and moaning.

I tend to slap them on the head.

the booing last night was disgusting.

like people have said, you can't please most of Leicester fans at the walkers.

CAN NOT believe we were second in the table, with a game in hand, came from behind twice and people were booing.

people need to fooking step up and actually support the team.

booing them is hardly going to lift their spirits etc.

jesssssus.

I reckon no more than 15 were perstantly standing in the South Stand. What a shit number that is.

Really intimidating. I don't care if its only Walsall. Sort it out.
