Well done boys, Finally a team worth the support we give them every week, This Llyodd Dyer is beginning to prove an important signing already so early in the season, seem`s like our match winner in a lot of games! plus we have so much strength in depth with the likes of kisnorbo and mattock coming back, Only thing i would put as a priority is unearthing some striking talent..... ready for when we hopefully get up to the championship.

just got back - great game, great atmosphere and stadium and great result!! Hobbs immense today and Gilbert put in another top performance - thought we had blown it but amazing comeback the collective desire to win and be positive despite the setbaCK MADE ALL THE difference. :thumbup:

Agree with Thrac ref had a good game and we had one goal wrongly disallowed and Matty should have got another two. Lloyd Dyer was relativey quiet but came out top man - what a buy. Absolutely ecstatic - well done boys!!!

Dyer's been marvellous.

It sounded to me as if Kingy played a part in two of the goals as well and so nearly another for Howard.

How much greater threat we carry with opportunities arising from positions other than just the strikers.

Midfield had a decent game today including Kingy - Nicky Adams drifted in and out of the game but had a lot of good touches and Matt Oakley also had a good chance. For me King is one of those players who puts in a lot of work that you don't notice immediately but take him out of the equation and you definitely see what he does.

Still on such a high - really got sthg going here :chant:

I thought it was a decent game today. I was annoyed when we let the two goal slip away however we got a lucky break and managed to bring the three points home. Well played Leicester.

lol, i always listen to commentary when not at leicester, try to get their every other home game, but hard seen as i live in norwich, and all the petrol prices

How was the defence? They got a bit of stick for conceding two but looking at other results today I see that a lot of teams conceded three or four in what were obviously difficult conditions. And, with Huddersfield having a particularly big striker I imagined our defenders' job was made considerably harder.

LLLOOOYYYDDD! :wub: I ****ing love you once again.

As for the match, it was a damn good one, and no doubt a fantastic result for us. The first half was one of my worst footballing experiences, being made to sit down wasn't a great start, and the match wasn't much better with Fryatt and King missing glorious chances. That's all I'm going to say about that.

The second half was one of my best footballing experiences, everything happened! Somehow Fryatt managed to bag himself two goals (despite being releatively poor), and everything was looking comfortable. Comfortable until they scored their first, and from then on they had the momentum well and truly in their favour. They then scored their second, and there was only one team going on to win it, and it certainly wasn't us.

Luckily Huddersfield sat back, Adams came off and Gradel came on and we started to attack a bit more. You all know what happened next... it seemed like an eternity for that ball to bounce over the line. Cue wild goal celebration. Muchos Gracias.

Oh and another thing....left side/right side was perfection today. :thumbup:

I personally thought it was a bit scrappy. First half we were a bit hopeless, second half we improved.

Huddersfield didn't come to play football. They are just another version of Millwall with a cheap Sheffield Wednesday kit. Maybe I sound disrepectful, but that's the way it looked to me. Millwall succeeded and Huddersfield nearly did. One of these days we will come unstuck against these teams.

Our problem is gonna be our lack of physical presence. We need a nasty bastard in the middle of the park. We have 11 footballers, but none who are ready to get dirty and die for the cause.

2-0 up and we were ballin'. But credit to them, they came back. And a last minute goal by Lloyd Dyer. The ball seemed to hang in the air for a long time, and time just stood still.

All in all, a mediocre performance. We tried to play football, but Huddersfield wouldn't let us and we had to deal with it. A draw was probably a fair result, but we deserve some luck after previous seasons of pure misery.

well said, i think fryatt or gradel before injury are the closest we have got to that nasty bastard

(not physical presence but are willing to get down and dirty)

I thought they did well. But sometimes rather than getting rid of the ball, they were trying to pass their way out of trouble. I like their footballing mentality, but it can, and probably will, cost us one of these days.

Not a great performance, but good god Lloyd is brilliant.

Fryatt - Yet another one on one missed, but somehow still gets two goals.

First half was shit, on and off the pitch. Second half was remarkable. Everyone congragated on the far right and it was an away day again, loved it. Plus, 5 goals in the second half!

Oh and Big Steve robbed again :giggle:

Just got back. Yet another fantastic day on the League 1 Tour.

Gutted about losing the 2 goal lead, but yet again Lloyd saved us from the shite.
