SussexFox Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Its a shit cup which just risks more injuries and would probably be more embarrasing to win! Concentrate on what matters now
lifted*fox Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 imo we didn't deserve to make it past the Lincoln game. we were shit in that, and i struggled to stay awake in the crowd. nothing to get too upset about, but focusing on the league is no excuse to lose games like this. as much as everyone can deny it, a day out at Wembley would have been fun. anyway, back to the U.S. election, at least Obama might win tonight.
Kilworthfox Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Its a shit cup which just risks more injuries and would probably be more embarrasing to win!Concentrate on what matters now Follow! Follow! True enough mate, less fixtures to play, & be honest who the hell wants to win the JPT? It's a nothing cup, personally I would be ashamed to win it, we are already associated with it that to me is bad enough.
Zingari Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Dulux is much better quality anyway , and they have a far more extensive range of colours
lcfcmad2005 Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 yeah but its a missed trip to Wembley!!! im gutted!! 2-0 at rotheram dont sound right.
CKB Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 We should have stuck the kids in this from the start! could have been some vaulable experience and would have maybe put some steal into them for the future! hey who knows they could have went on to win it! oh wait we don't have Arsenal's youth
Samilktray Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Its a shit cup which just risks more injuries and would probably be more embarrasing to win!Concentrate on what matters now Shit cup? Its a fooking cup all the same.
Tilley Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 JPT? Who cares.Focus on the league so we never have to play in it again!
Benji Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 oh dear, listen to yourselves well played Rotherham, we put out a solid/strong-ish team and have been outdone, 2 hours ago we wanted to win and i'm dissappointed we haven't
lifted*fox Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Shit cup?Its a fooking cup all the same. Yeah exactly . The point people seem to miss is, this is our cup at our current level. Leicester aren't in a position to pick which 'shitty cups' they don't fancy winning haha. Madness. Any cup win is a good win, a morale boost, a bit of trophy for Leicester's LONGING trophy cabinet. Man, I bet that trophy cabinet is drier than a busted up old hooker on a Sunday morning after a long weekend on the streets.
Jaspa Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 I wanted to go to wembley, now the only probable way we'll do it is though the play-offs. I dont care about the cup, i just want to see Leicester at wembley.

I know others who wanted us out from the start, check the posts history! The majority wanted a vision of Wembley that is all, no one has any pride in this cup least of all me. It's is nothing to aspire to winning the JPT.

I can see what you mean and we don't have devine rights but maybe i'm just more all about the league and getting back up then risking injury in a cup that doesn't promote us, doesn't get us into europe, doesn't do much at all?

Wembly is without atmosphere soul or class, which the old one had even with out a game going on.
Webbo Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Dulux is much better quality anyway , and they have a far more extensive range of colours Still wish we were going to Wembley.
JakeShingler Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Not to fussed but still wouls have been great to see Leicester at Wembley for my first time.

The majority wanted a vision of Wembley that is all, no one has any pride in this cup least of all me. It's is nothing to aspire to winning the JPT. Give me an issue/opinion regarding Leicester and I'll give you a fan who disagrees. There's plenty of pride in winning a cup which will have you as the best team outside the Championship, otherwise why would Man Utd / Chelsea try to win the Carling Cup. Seem to remember a lot of touchy fans (including me) at the way such teams would say 'i don't give a crap' when we overachieved in winning the so called micky mouse cup twice.
Corky Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 Not to fussed but still wouls have been great to see Leicester at Wembley for my first time. Thracian was at the Fa Cup Final in 1949!
FleckneyFox Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 People who are saying your glad we're out!? are you serious? Best chance of silverwre this season and trip to Wembley, im gutted.
hebangsthedrums Posted 4 November 2008 Posted 4 November 2008 People who are saying your glad we're out!? are you serious? Best chance of silverwre this season and trip to Wembley, im gutted. Is it silverware? Probably made of plastic. I would love a trip to Wembley, but going to a third full stadium to compete for a trophy held by McDons would embarass me.
