There definately needs the strengh from the manager right now to really give these boys a good shoeing and the kick up the arse they deserve cause we all fear the worst right now which is rightly deserved as form speaks wonders and ours of late is shite!!!

Get him in the centre with our best player and lets stop leaking goals, 6 conceded in 3 since the Northampton game. We've also had nothing attack wise from the right since Gilbert went out, hes been a huge loss. It's times like this when I would ask who the fu ck decided to sell James Chambers? Dyer and Gradel need a good kick up the arse, so lets see what Adams and Chambers can do. Don't care which 1 but either King or Oakley have to make way for Kishishev, the guy does the ugly stuff neither are prepared to do and can pick out a pass. Keep the 2 boys up top Fryatt and Howard, they may be the ones taking all the stick and yes some is justified but earlier in the season when we were scoring for fun our 2 main men Gradel and even more so Dyer were on it. Since Huddersfield Dyer's completely gone off and we havn't seen a good Gradel display since fulham. The service these two created played a massive part in Fryatt and Howards early goals, since its stopped so have their goals and so have the victories. He's gone Chambers crazy!! Surely James Chambers wanted to leave anyway, higher division and all that. Wouldn't have been first choice with Gilbert arriving. I don't see that we decided to sell him, I think once Donny came in then he would have asked to leave. As for the team, I'd drop Kisnorbo and Howard.
