Impressive pictures MikeyT.

I now have my eye on something other than the G3 or Canon.

What could it be...? :glare:

Cheers mate :) And what could it be indeed?

Like the stained glass on the floor in Lincs Cathedral - dead good.

Cheers mate. Got there fairly early so the sun was coming up and giving that great effect. :)

Not telling! ;)

Not until I get it, practice with it and someone on here has a guess when I post some pictures with it...!

Do you shoot in jpeg or RAW? And which do you prefer?

I shoot in both "Large" and "raw" although I'm still getting to grips with raw and how to convert the files.

Just started producing HDR's there's something wonderful about them.

Check out Trey Ratcliff if you haven't already his HDR's are insanely amazing!

Do you use the 3 exposure method or just a single RAW file?

I stick the photo on and it does Pseudo Tone Mapping. Not overly sure what all that means. I basically add the file and then adjust the settings on it till I get the look I want. All this HDR stuff is new to me so not really 100% sure what I'm talking about. haha

Some shots at Kirby Muxloe Castle today.

I originally drove 26.5 miles to Stanford Hall as I wanted to do photos there, but I annoyingly found it shut when I arrived so had to drive the same 26.5 miles home again. Grrr.

Cracker mate. Nice one!

The castle ones are great, especially the bridge, it's like you are about to walk across it. Wierd.

Cheers Ken. Glad you like :)

A shot from a while ago, but just re-edited it a little. May have to go back here again. Gorgeous part of the country.

Monsal Dale, Derbyshire Peak District.

Also this one I took on the A607 (near Kirby Bellars) heading towards Melton Mowbray from Syston a couple of days ago. Seen the old building hundreds of times so thought I'd stop and take some shots of it.
